ok problem realitivley solved. FYI the store rep said they service any products that you bought at the apple store(under warenty) he also said to make an appointment online so you doint have to wait 50min inline.

thanks. i called the apple help line that came in my manual. I asked her if i can take in the store, and was told that the tech will tell me if i either need a battery replacement or i sould purchase the 55$ extended warenty. i specificaly asked her if they did any inhouse work, and she said no. i am calling the store now. also, after doing 30min of research, it looks like replacing the bat. isnt hard. i now need to know from anyone who has replaced it themselfs, what brands have worked. ebay is flooded with batteries. ive got an 6gig minni ipod that was bought 11mo ago. The battery is going and is still under warenty(by 1month). Since its still under warenty apple will replace it for free, but wants 40$ for s&h to Cali.:jerkit: anyone know how i can get around this( bsides ordering a new battery and installing it my self) or know of anyone localy who replace ipod batteries? Obviously i would prefer not have to pay anything since its under a year old ... but if ive got to , i would much rather give it to a local guy than Apple as long as the job is done right. Brian

you should see them on pavement with full slicks. mansfield motor speedways has them up there a few times a year. also the ledgend car races are cool(not as fast but they use a 600cc motor). they run out of columbus motor, shadybowl and mansfield. i used to be on a supersport team that ran out of mansfield motor.

no, it can be raised and lowered. we actually had some problems with it last year, but still managed to get her leaning low. for anyone who hasent sailed its not that fast(we dont go more than 15knots), but you get some strong wind, your boat is leaning over sooo far you are inches from the water. i kind of equate it with dragging knee on a bike. It more of a finesse than anything, as opposed to powerboats where its hold the throttle down.(but i still like powerboating too) and yea they are not cheap to maintain...luckly it's our famies, so everyone takes responsibility. nothing like a grill at the docks on a windy spring afternoon

the past 4years ive been in collge i have wanted to buy many things. i dont know your financial situation, but unless you are completly self sufficient(no help from parents and no school loans), i wouldnt do dick. Its hard to except that you have to stick with what you got now, but you must realize that a) having bad credit is one of the worst things you can do(talk to anyone who has it) and b) you look espeshialy retarted if its for shit you dont even need. plus there are other things you will want to spend that 4-5k over the next 4years. whats the worse that could happen if you wait vs if you dont? edit: i assume you are going to ohio state. since i first went there 4years ago, the tuition has risen 25-40% for most students....another thing to think about.

Putting someone to death costs at least 4-5 times more than housing them for life. even a person who is in solitary confinement, with his own personal gaurds. Its not that the actual cost of killing someone is expensive, its all the appeals he gets. He has to have a lawer, and at this point, unless hes bill gates, hes probably run out of money and the state has to appoint him one for every appeal. for the lawer this is a dream case. A person who will constantly appeals, and an "unlimited" amount of funding via the state. Then it has to go to court, and that takes another handful of lawyers and people with 4fig. hourly rates. not cheap by anymeans. besides i think solitary confinement and jail time is worse than death. death is the easy way out. now id they would combine the two...physial torture for an indefinite amount of time perday, every day for XXyears. -Brian
