  1. How does it work? Do I get a w2 from them or a paper I need to turn in with my taxes? Thanks
  2. I looked into starting a BMV site a few years back. Although the requirements are minimal, they only allow so many based on sq miles. You really need IIRC enough operating capital for 3 months in the bank and a business plan to put in bid to run one for I think 3 years. After 3 years bids are opened back up on each location and whoever chooses to can put in a bid.
  3. Are BMV's inherently retarded, or is that anyone who meets the requirements in Ohio is allowed to put in a bid to operate one? And it doesnt take much to meet the requirements.
  4. I wouldnt be freightened in the least. It would be freaking awesome if it was able to learn to speak and everything. The ultimate freakshow exhibit.
  5. Why do you allow what others are doing to affect how you live your life?
  6. So ohio is the best the world has to offer.?
  7. I will also be giving him a shot when my next customer is need of carpet.
  8. You do realize there are legal forms of racing, right? I will never understand why someone chooses to live in any area where they dislike what takes place.
  9. Jake, what exactly are you looking to have done? You say flooring but is it all carpet? An island? Are you wanting to have one custome built? What about the drywall?
  10. I have 3 kids, married, work alot of overtime and I have them take the most out possible. I dont mind the govt holding my money for me. I found it odd that people do and then wonder why I have that much money all of a sudden in the bank. If I took it each week it would be very little and would just get mixed into the houshold spending. However when its a lump sum, I spend it very slowly and it lasts all year and usually into the next year. Which helps it get larger each and every year.
  11. This dude gave up fast. Me, Paul and Ben are taking on any challengers who think they can get a noob to quit cr in less than 3 posts.
  12. Is there just one retarded guy going around making all of these intro posts?
  13. I usually expect to get back $8-10k but this year being on disability, I am not expecting to really get anything and it sucks a big fat dick.
  14. I dont see the stagger. Is it 2 lifts side by side or is it one lift with 2 hoists? I kinda see it but I want to make sure I am seeing what I think I am seeing.
  15. Yeah but could save you thousands on a new car purchase.
  16. They just send a multiple purchase form to the ATF for notification purposes. May not be any issue on the first order but several in a year may get you flagged.
  17. If you know someone who lives in Delaware, Alaska, Oregon, New Hampshire or Montana, register the car there for 90days then transfer it to ohio. Those states dont pay sales tax. However you must somehow prove you were living there when you registered it, or have them transfer it to your name as a gift after 90 days.
  18. As with most things similar to this, I just accept it as a given and move on.
  19. He states on his site hes a healthy average guy just a little geeky.
  20. In ohio anyways there is a time frame like stated above before you are actually required to obtain either your 30 day tags or plates. I wouldnt worry about driving without anything on as long as you have some proof of the date of purchase while driving. In some states you can fill out a non resident affidavit which states you are not a resident of that state and you will be paying your taxes when you title the vehicle back here. A dealership may be a registered seller with the state of ohio and collect tax, and then you would come back here and the title agency will give you credit for the tax paid, or tell you not enough tax was withheld. A dealership who doesnt necessary deal with ohio buyers may just tell you to pay the tax when you get back. As well with the time limit you have to get plates, as long as you have insurance with a company, they are required to ensure your new vehicle for the first 30 days(I think its still 30 days) of ownership, even if they are not notified of the purchase.
  21. Wow 2010 and someone is just now realizing DSM's have issues.
  22. One of the mods have to be starting these stupid threads to keep us all entertained during the winter.
