Matching existing finishes is difficult unless you can find someone who has been doing it for awhile and can tell the techinique used right off the bat. I have done a few new ceilings but even I am not good enough to try and match an existing stamp technique. Its not hard to do yourself. If its the basic and generic star pattern, look on youtube and you can see how easy it is to do.

We were talking a partial trade, he was asking to much IMO for what I wanted to do to it anyway. He wanted $7k for a full car. But Then to modify it for street driving would have been more than I wanted to spend. I sure wish he would have went even up. Does natural causes include dying from a heart attack or cardiac arrest if you spent years doing drugs and weakening your heart, although you werent doing drugs at the time of your death. Serious question, I have never heard of this guy or know if he has in fact ever tried drugs. I was just curious if this falls under "natural causes".

The heat is being trapped by the insulation and not allowed to pass to get to the underside of the roof. Now you should still test the thickness of the insulation and the R value to insure you are getting the most optimized insulation. Chances are it may not be thick enough and products with better R values are have been created since your home was built. Unless a previous owner has upgraded or added addtional insulation.

I have no experience, but I almost bought one of those '34 replica midget racers and was going to make it streetable. We just couldnt work out a deal.
