Selling this dresser. $50 Heres a link to it. Condition is good but my son put a sticker on the front of it and when we removed it a faint area of the paint came off(not that noticable). Paint it any color you want(it is currently the blue in the pic.). I am for the casinos but against issues which seem to appear around here, which is an eventual downswing of the area after things like this have run their course. I think their should be something in writing(it will never happen) that if these things fail, the owner must demolish the site and replant grass. I know its far fetched but the last thing we need is an empty casino in 15years which nobody can do anything with until the city takes on the expense of destroying it. If the could design it so it would be easier to adapt to future uses perhaps. I know it will never happen. I am just worried in 5 years we will be hearing reports of "casino owner needs taxpayer money or its moving due to losing money".

Come spring it will probably go for what your asking. Its about as good a time to sell a bike as it is a boat.

Selling our boat which we have had for about 4 years I think. Havent used it a whole heck of alot due to work and another boat we use more often. Boat is in good condition. The previous owner replaced some cables prior to me purchasing, although I am not sure exactly what was replaced. The front seats could use recovering but are still usable, and these can be recovered easily. The boat needs a good waxing. Has brand new cover 1 month old. Comes with everything needed to use, skis, tubes vests...... Trailer has buddy bearings, brand new tires and new wiring, lights. Ready for oil to be changed and winterized. Will be asking more in spring if we dont sell it. Asking $3000 or trade for??? Trailer tows great. I belive the boat is 19' or 20' long. Has v8 engine. Always winterized. The previous owner never covered it but I have covered it since owning. Has bimini top which could use recovered. Has side windows and 1/2 enclosure which zips on but its older and we have never used it. I actually cant remember what it even looks like. Has cd player. No longer has ship to shore radio. Trade for ?? Or sale $3000 Heres pics of what the boat looked like new.
