I have always struggled with stayong positive. Depresion runs rampant throught my family tree and thers alot of times when its tough. certainly if I didnt have my family I probably wouldnt have made it this far. My recent accident has not helped and since I dont work, I dont have the luxury of focusing on it. Waking up somedays and being able to walk and others not is leaving me with mixed feelings and I am finding it harder and harder to stay positive.
