I have built several. Check with your city to see if a permit is required. Inspections and permits can add to your overall cost. Really consider buying alternative materials such as the composite decking. While it is a higher initial cost, it significantly increases the decks value and saves in maintenance which is reuired every few years. And you will get tired of doing it or paying to have it done. As stated call for utility location before starting. Find someone to keep you motivated. Prepare to rent an auger. Dont skimp on supports or concrete. Have a firm structural plan in place before starting. Dont be afraid to ask for help.

I have been looking for a quad for my sone for months. I find one last night on craigslist, email the guy saying i will come get it. He tells me to call at 9am this morning which I do then head over his way. The quad wont start so i wait and wait he's trying to get it going, so I tell him call me when he figures it out. I just checked and he relisted it at a higher price. It was decent the first time but now, you can almost get another one new (offbrand chinese). I email him and heres the return email I got. Oh and there was no message on the machine I have been here all day waiting for a call. Its not easy for me tor drive over to his place yet alone the fuel in the van to pick it up.

Anyone have one of the extending poles with a saw on the end used for cutting small tree branches? I have the kind the has the rope and you snap the blade closed for very small branches but I need to borrow the kind with the saw for a little larger branch. I would just climb the tree and sawzall as usual but I cant obviously. I can pick up and deliver, prefer close to eastside but anyone have a parent that may have one they would let me use. need for 1 day at my house. Thanks

Monica durbin was shown and her dad is meeting with legislators to strengthen penalties for street racing. The story was about the investigation and how prosecutors asked for more evidence but didnt get it. Policies are changed to improve communication and double check investigators.

Please give customers their monies worth. As a fellow long time contractor, I have never pissed off a customer, and always went above and beyond what was payed for. It was always a bummer hearing customers getting the shaft from shotty contractors. Good luck
