No. I walk a fine line, have for years. Admittedly the routine that came with my life before the accident was orchestrated to help,(work so much you dont think of anything else) but thats no longer the case. So yeah, nobody be surprised if it happens someday. My family all understand its a possibility at somepoint.

Sorry it took so long for pics. Greg came over today and test drove it. He wasnt sure if it was the tranny making the noise I thought was the clutch if its a wheel bearing, drive shaft or what exactly. The pics dont really show the fading on the roof which is pretty much bare of clear coat, after cleaning it up a bit there are several scratches all around. The battery is brand new but the battery light is on. If your curious, they should state on the magnet what series they are.

If they were upfront about the odometer then its not a far stretch to assum ethey are bing honest about the title. It often takes a few weeks to get the title back. They are not an agency and have to send them to one. They probably send in alot at one time. The bmv in gahanna used to send their titles to the agency on main st(why? its a 5 min drive and you would get it that day if you went there) and it would still take them a week to get them back. If they just bought it dont be surprised if they dont know about and inform you of a crack in the block, or water in the fuel, thats a risk you take when buying a car with this kind of history. Look itover well and inform yourself the best you can.

You would think. I have contacted 20 electricians and 15 plumbers. I understand they have education, equipment ect. but their prices are that of a person who is trying to make up a months worth of missed work on one job. I billed out at $250hr at my job including all materials and expensive equipment, and thats fairly high for a tradesman. But when a guy tells me that for 6 hrs of labor as an eletrician he wanst $5k, thats a bit high in my mind. Most guys are coming in at $1600, thats $200 an hr for just basic tools and experience. A tradesman whos billout does not include specialized equipment and materials should be around $40 this time of year, I would even say $50-60 but $200 in winter. These guys arent large companies with crazy overhead or lots of employees. I have had medium sized companies not quote as high as a guy with a beater truck and a toolbox.

Plumbing 1.Hook up 3 compartment & sink grease trap, directly at drain/hookups 2.Hook up hand sink, directly at drain/hookups 3.Run water lines 10' to hot water heater 4.Hook up utility sink directly at drain/hookups All work is right at existing water lines and drain pipes in wall, everything is above ground nothing goes into concrete. All items will be in place just need hooked up. Its all in one area, its a small shop. Time 6-7 hrs, permit $75, Materials $200, Labor?

I know the big wigs with most of the major and larger scale firms and could tell you their price without calling. This project isnt worth their trip charge. This is going to have to be a guy or small company that survives on small jobs. I am wanting to be 1/2 of what superiors and muetzels minimum charges would even be.

Negative ghostrider. I am a general contractor, have been for nearly 20 years, I will technically be 1/2 on the lease, and even I cant pull specific trades commercial permits. Trust me I have spent 3 months making calls to both the city inspectors office and the state code division.

I would just do this work myself if the city wasnt being a bunch of silly nannies.
