You cant just rent it? What would happen if you just started to rent it to someone? I know a few people that dont have any equity but rented out instead of walking away.

Why not put a for sale by owner sign in the yard for a few weeks and see if any buyers happen along? Is this one of those stick homes that has 2' between them, a 6' front yard and no back?

Explain exactly how a short sale works for me. I dont live my life based on what someone else tells me my credit should be. I dont use credit for anything other than my house. The fact I have good credit isnt really due to any effort other than doing what I feel is right. If I think defaulting on a loan is in my best interest and that of my family, than so goes it. It hasnt happened yet but in the future it may.

At this point if I come into some money, or find a better deal I would walk away from this house completely. A few years ago I never would have even thought about screwing over the bank in this fashion but things happen. I would certainly either have the new house in my parents name or secured before I made this decision. I would also have what ever vehicle I planned on driving for the next few years secured as well if I required loans for my cars. It will mess up your credit but you can fix that within a few years and be good to go by the time its to get a new car. The only thing I would consider is if I would need to have decent credit for my job or any future job I would need until the credit rating is back. I have lost nearly $60k from my own personal savings over the last 3 years and if something doesnt happen I will be bankrupt by the end of the year. Certainly not anything I planned or was caused by me being stupid with my money. I have held off seeking the benefits that are possible for me of contacting my bank because of my situation and asking for alternative payment options but now I have to just to cover my ass. The only thing that makes me feel good is knowing that most people could never have survived as long as I have been able to with no income. I would call the bank and lay it out for them and tell them the ball is their court to work with you or deal with the house when your out. If you have already decided you dont want to be in that house than thedecision is easy. Keep in mind your probably middle aged now and is your credit score something your going to let stop you from being happy for the time you have left? Do what makes you happy, there are consequances whether you stay and keep paying or just get out now.

Use alot, alot of glue on both the material and board, allow them to get tacky almost feeling dry and then stick. Have a second person help you because once its together, it wants to stay together. Person on both sides holding the material up, start on one end and work it on, smoothing it as you go. Once its all smoothed, cut the edges leaving enough material to roll over the edge and up the other side about 1/2".

Do you want to know what happens when those anchors fail? Permanent mount might be okay but those anchors are not designed for constantly having bolts being screwed in and out. Keep in mind your garage floor is somewhere between 3-4 " thick, having set thousands of those anchors in the past I can tell you its a crap shoot how long they will hold. Thats if you dont blow the bottom of the concrete out when setting them. I would never truct them unless I doubled the anchor size and thickened my concrete slab.

Stemming from my injury 3 years ago I constantly have pain in my foot and basically from above the knee down. The pain is almost constant and severe when horizontal and includes sharp stabbing pains, spasms, burning, aching and basically feeling like my bones are broke even in areas not injured. Something called RSD was brought up by a few Dr.s and I recently had an evaluation by one who stated he doesnt feel thats what I have. Despite his opinion, based on how I see it defined online I meet most of symptoms. I dont know what to do at this point, anyone have a rsd diagnosis?
