    also if you go with the evo3 you will need a afc or some sort of piggy back fuel computer since your going to be flowing more air than stock. re wire the fuel pump. there are some free mods you can do as well.

    on the automatic cars they have a 13g turbo. which has smaller oil and coolant lines than the 5spd cars that have the 14b. you can probably find that turbo cheaper and go to jnztuning and order the lines.

    maybe you have some of your wiring bad. had a similar situation. took the motor out of 1 car put it and the same computer in the other car, check engine light and runs rough as fuck. check you wiring and as your buddy that did the chip if the ecu board looked good.

    not really. for most car's people mod them with bolt ons until thats the last thing they have to do. it wasnt the last thing for my, but it wasnt my choice. i fried my old motor when it over heated. So i bought another block, then built it, then came my 35r
