Have a story similar to anthony's. I called a guy in Chicago about his snap on tool box. He's asking 1500 obo. I talk him into 1300 since its a long drive for me, ask him if he has a paypal account so i can send him a deposit so he wont sell the box. He says yes, but his wife handles that so he tells me to call back later in the afternoon to talk to his wife. So i call back talk to her send a deposit to hold the tool box. Well this morning i get an email saying well they can't sell the tool box " because just cuz" is exactly what he said. Well i called him 3x today and no answer had my g.f with her out of state number and his wife calls back and says they sold it this mornging. WTF!!! I'm fucking Pissed. I filed a claim with paypal (well she did send the 145 of the 150 deposit back) but is there anything else i can do. I mean what a fucking douche bag!!!!
car fax will show you if any wrecks, what kind of damage and where at on the car, also service records, etc, etc, etc. this is a good way to check the title. and theres a way to do it threw ohio's website too.
someone post their vin for me please.
yeah the car company would love to sell these cars. but it would hurt their production lines because everyone would want that car! and gm/ford or who ever wouldnt change over every car to that standard untill they actually see the figures that this is what the people want, and anyways it wont happen if the car manufactors dont buy the pattens the oil companies sure will. so we wont see that high gas mileage until the government steps in, oh wait, the government is backed by the big oil companies. so... good luck seeing this plans in actual cars off the showroom.
the oil companies buy out all the engine plans so we dont get mileage like that. granted 300mpg is crazy, but with todays technology im sure there are motor plans for a v8 that will be around 70mgp and v6 around 100.
