I figured it was maft, as far as the aftermarket ecu, my roommate with a black evo uses aem ems, the guy who did all the work to the car before him did all the work to it, but the map sensor was cut from the dealership. It only causes the car to have cold start problems. But not to steal the thread Nice 2nd Gen!

The motor just has the rods, pistons and bearings in it right now, nothing else. But thanks ill try to give that mike guy a call.

What type of eninge management are you using, i saw the cars running a blow through set up.

Im sorry but i dont want to have slowmotion work on my motor, my buddy bought $3500 of parts from slomo and they said it would take 5-7 business days, turns out after going there 4 times and repeat phone calls its going to take more than a month. So i dont want my motor there longer than intended. I'm not trying to knock slomo they make sick shit, just i need this done asap

yes it is a short block, i would want someone to take it apart and make sure its ok, i would but i have never taken apart a motor.

I work at a local company and im tired of how they are handling their business. But not to talk bad about the company, for the most part i really just want to make a little more money and have a better work environment. I live off of E. Broad by Blacklick, so anything around Columbus and Pataskala is fine with me. I'm 18 years old and go to High School, but im a senior and will graduate in 2 months so i can work full time as for a 9-5. But as of right now i get out of school at 12:30 so i can go straight to work after that. I have 1 1/2yr experience buffing and detailing cars (anything from evos, sl65amg benzs, jags, etc, to the common cars), for Color Finese (My current job). I worked for 1yr at Fink's Used cars as a Warehouse Manager (I took care of around 200-300 cars at a time). The annex were i worked was shut down, thats why i no longer work there. As far as some part time jobs, I worked for Fiecht Construction, JDL Logging Inc., and EFM Inc. (Rolls-Royce and Bentely Restoration company). I work well with others, i can manage people, as well as work under a manager. I aslo have minor mechanic knowledge, but no ASE certification. I've worked in the automotive industry for a while now and really enjoy it, so i would like to stay in that field. I can also bring competive rates, for automotive supplies. Any for anyone out there telling me to get a job at a fast food restraunt or kroger's, I make well over $15 an hr and dont want to waste my time and talent working for $6. I would just want some one to "Check" the block to make sure the guy who did it, did it correctly.

I bought a 91 Galant vr4 and it over heated on the freeway, fired my piston rings and im not sure about the head. But i have a spare block when i bought my talon, it was bored .30 over with weisco piston, rods, etc. But the motor was but by the guy i bought it off of, and i want to make sure he did everything right and i am able to use this block. So could anyone on here help me, tell me a shop that could look over the block for cheap, i dont have any money to spare right now...? I'd appericate any help. Thanks John

I want to buy a hood for a 91 galant, its a vr4 but if the hood from a regular galant will work it doesnt matter. I want a clean hood w.o any major dents, small dents are ok, color doesnt matter as well. Thanks
