if these are your daily cars, you might want to reconsider pulling the emisions. i believe columbus will be getting the echeck in the near future. if there not your daily driver or they are considered a classic get rid of everything graemlins/thumb.gif

you may be a tooth off with the distributor. i believe it can still run if its like that, but it will run like shit.

i didnt think about the valve seals being bad. i just figured they were good. that could be why the plugs fouled. thanks desp and nurk for pointing that out to me!

if your fauling three sets of plugs a year then there is def. something wrong with your carb.

i had almost the same problem with the monte. mine would only fire on one or two cylinders. i went and bought a hole new distributor/cap/coil wires and still wouldn't fire. it was not showing any spark through the timing gun. i then put brand new spark plugs in and put a new ground to the block and it ran perfect after that.

i wonder what he thought when he was done putting on the ram air/intercooler and drove it and realized it wasnt any faster than before.

i know you want to stay cheap and not sure if you can do it, but i paided a little less than $200 for the paint for my car(black). pretty cheap but if you cant do it, then thats where you'll spend the money. i have never seen this car but when you get it running i would def. like to come out and take a look. sounds like its going to bad ass!

yes you will need a set of headers if your have a v6. it will not be worth your time or money to put them on, unless you plan on doing some serious mods to your engine. not just an intake and manifold. im talking porting your heads, bigger valves, bigger cam and what not. it would be more of a hasle them what it would be worth.

well if you didnt go tonight (friday night) you missed out. it turned out to be a great night. it was a light rain until about 4ish and then cleared up and they all ran and qualified twice. awesome cars and a great show.
