Call and argue. They're usually pretty easy to deal with. Where did you turn it in? They wouldn't have put batteries in them to test them. Third party inspection companies do these for GMAC and they do 100-200 cars a day and don't take time to go out of their way.

Passed one sitting in the median on 270 last night with all of his lights off and clocking people with laser. I was under the impression that they couldn't sit with their headlights off and clock people. I thought they had to at least have parking lights on?? Maybe I'm wrong.

They're not trying to attract the old Regal customer. They're trying to attract TSX & IS250/350 customers. I've worked at a Buick dealership since 2005 and because of the new Buick Lacrosse and the Enclave we've had people who would have gone and bought a TL, ES350, MDX or ES350 coming into our showroom for the first time ever. The Regal should push Buick a little close to those two brands.
