Saw the same thing happen to a guy towing a trailer with a bobcat on it one time coming up 104, his didnt flip over but it did pull him right in to the ditch.

I just passed my 3rd kidney stone last summer, the funny thing is I've never had any pain while actually pissing it out its just when the stone is making its way from my kidney to my bladder that is pure hell. Other than that when I fell off of a cliff down in Hocking hills right before I graduated was pretty bad and I was gimped up for quite a while after that.

Considering a Sport-Touring Bike - Opinions?
buelliganx1 replied to twistedfocus1647545489's topic in Daily Ride
Thats about what I get too, if you really want more range some guys have added an auxiliary fuel tank to the bike by putting it in the top luggage box. As for the clutch American sportbike sells a hydraulic clutch kit for it but I dont know how much it helps. If you think the transmission is bad in this you should ride one of the older tube frame Buells, this tranny is butter compared to those, but you are right they are far from import smooth. -
Considering a Sport-Touring Bike - Opinions?

Get a Buell XB12X, I've got about 14,000 trouble free miles on mine and have ridden it to Wisconsin and to Georgia. It's a great bike and has plenty of options for storage. The only downside is you have to have long legs to ride it. I've got a 34" inseam and I can just flat foot it at a stop. -
So um what is it called when someone rices out a European car? Has this car been schnitzeled is that what it's called. Horrible just horrible http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?ct=u&car_id=297404475&dealer_id=100008852&car_year=1995&sownerid=75287&lastBeginningStartYear=1981&end_year=2012&showZipError=n&pager.offset=125&search_lang=en&only_photo=1&start_year=1981&dma=COLUMBUS_OH_WE&page_location=findacar%3A%3Aispsearchform&body_style=CONVERT&search_type=used&body_code=1&first_record=126&distance=200&address=43140&rdm=1306589568333&marketZipError=false&sort_type=priceDESC&advanced=y&max_price=5000&num_records=25&seller_type=b&cardist=162&standard=false

Guy I work with had his truck broken into in the Home Depot parking lot there on Stringtown. Cop told him it happens all the time at this location. Seems like a good place for some undercover work or at least a couple snipers on the Best Buy rooftop to scan the area and deliver a few well placed rounds.

Yeah I saw one at Oshkosh in 2006 very nice looking jet.

When I was a kid there was a guy across the street from us that was the same way. One day the kids next door were paling curb ball, you know where you stand on the curb and throw a ball across the street trying to bounce it back to you off of the opposite curb. Well the one kid was standing on the curb is front that guys house and I mean he was on the curb not even that little strip of grass between the curb and the sidewalk thats not even yours but you still have to mow he was just on the curb. Anyways that guy comes out and just starts tearing into the kid about being on his property and gets so mad that as he's walking back up to his house he actually dropped dead in his driveway from a heart attack. Crazy to get that worked up over a kid just trying to stay out of trouble.

The difference in the sound comes from the air being split by the wing before hitting the props. It's the same thing with the Avanti pictured above

That must be the guy that I'm thinking of. I think he's about the only one that has them any more except for maybe the one that Scaled Composites uses. I saw the one they have at Edwards AFB once flying chase plane for the X-37 that N.A.S.A was using Burt Rutans White Knight one to drop. Honestly how bad ass would it make you feel to have N.A.S.A call you up and ask to use one of your planes for a test flight.

Isnt the guy that built that the same guy who helped put the v-8 in the s-10 blazer on Hot Rod tv?

I'll do my best to catch them alive and keep them as a pet in my cellar.

I was driving in Germany once and was approaching a large truck on a 2 lane road. Mind you I wasnt approaching him fast but when I was about 150 yards behind the guy he pulled over on the shoulder of the road and waved me buy. I wanted to pull over and get his name so I could name my first born after him but I just passed him and gave him a wave for restoring my faith in humanity..

Good catch there aren't many of those left since they didn't sell well and Beech offered to buy them back so they wouldn't have to provide support for them any more. A few people kept theirs but I think there are less than 5 flying now.

I dont understand people bitching about oil companies making record profits. They make less than 10cents a gallon, they make record profits because they sell a product that we use the hell out of. If you dont want them to make record profits stop buying gas but dont bitch about a company that makes 10cents a gallon on a substance that they have to find, get permits from the EPA and environmental groups to drill for, drill for, transport it to the refinery, refine it, then get it to the gas station hell the only thing they rarely do is pump it in your car for you any more. All this while you will walk right into the gas station and plop down close to a buck for a 16.9oz bottle of water, one of the most abundant resources on the planet. Oh and why do people complain about the evil oil company's profit when the government makes something like 35-40cents off of every gallon. That is the money that I am concerned about.

An old timer that I used to work with said back in the day shortly after 270 was completed, there used to be a gas station off of 23 on the north side iirc that you could stop at and he would record your start and finish time. I cant remember if there was a money prize or not but I seem to think that there was. Of course it was finished in 1975 so I'm sure that back then at O-dark-30 in the morning you pretty much had it to yourself.

Yeah theres a kid here in London with a 240sx with exhaust like that only if I remember correctly his is long enough to clear his roof line. Every time I see it I think of the stupid shit I did at that age but I still cant come up with anything that bad.

Congrats. My only advice to you is no matter how long your TDY is planned in that thing pack for twice as long because you will break, it's the nature of the beast it's a VERY complicated and maintenance intensive aircraft. The landing gear alone is an amazing piece of engineering, lots of stuff going on in there.

It looks like it's the old "Killroy was here" graffiti that was found just about every place a G.I. had been in WWII so it's kinda fitting. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v728/buelligan/kilroy_28_173.jpg

That second car, the Countach sounded like a kit car with a V-8 to me, it just didnt have that deep V-12 growl that I remember them having. Heres a good sounding Countach:

Damn call off the pit bulls, if you build cars like you display tactfulness the fact that your car blew up does not surprise me.
-
Hmm that begs the question Is there a bottom end on a flat four?
-
Why not? as for the illegal activities unless you are directly involved in a race they arent going to see it and the violence, it sholdnt be there period. There is no reason a bunch of car guy's (and girls) cant get together without violence. Also I thought that was part of the reason everyone likes the IPS spot because of the controll and if somebody acts like a ass hat they get to leave untill they can either cool down or grow up end of story.

food for thought about driving fucked up this weekend
buelliganx1 replied to thorne's topic in Dumpster
What I don't understand is why it's mandatory to wear a seatbelt in a state that doesnt have a helmet law. I guess they figure youre fucked either way on a bike so it doesnt matter. -
Works for me, glad to see the list is short and easily understood.
