i bought a car from new york city last year, the bmv only needed a signed title, did not need need notorization, they will inspect the car (check the vin and odometer) I was told when getting my stuff situated that brining a car from any state only needed a signed title, no need for notorizing . . . i found that out when i got back here. I drove around new york for a couple hours with the guy selling the car to find a damn notory i didnt need as for driving it back, i used my plates of my other car and obeyed all the traffic laws.

4:30 gears for 4v cars. (except 03-04) that alone will take u into low 1.7's and into high 12's. are u powershifting, or maybe play with your shift points, but 103mph is plenty of power to get solid 12's

my cousnin pulled last saturday, his duramax makes 545hp and over 1100tq he pulled in knox co. fair. went 313.4, funny thing he finished 15th out of 47 diesel trucks but everyone in front of him exepte one was running a 3" charger vs. his 2.6". that one 2.6 that beat him was a trailer truck, mathew took the travel limiters off his suspension and drove it to work the next day, he gets 21 mpg. Diesels are awesome.
