I appreciate all the advice guys.. really!! I'm not stupid... I'm not walking in unprepared.. BELIEVE ME!!! I have spent MANY!! MANY!! MANY!! hours drafting leagal documents on behalf of my case... I have spent over 100 hrs easily!!! I had an attorney for 7 months and had to let her go cause I ran out of money. She is still helping me and coaching me for free, but she won't rep me in court because of her current case log and the fact that I have no money. I had a 1 1/2 hr meeting with her today... She was very suprised of how organizied and prepared I am... She seems to believe that I will do fine.... I will keep you all in the loop as to what happens... Time to get back to my case.... Wish me luck.

I'm going to be a free man after the 24th of this month. I am scared to death because we have 1 child and Im so affraid that I am going to get the shaft as far as time with my son... The mom (aka bitch) will not agree to my proposed parenting plan (EOWE with me also having him every Monday and Tuesday nights) She wants him EVERY WEEK NIGHT.. but she says that I can see him "a couple of hours after school on Mondays and Weds.!!... Bull Shit!! I'm filing for resentital parenting for school placement purposes. Anyway.. Im writing this because I am preparing my case (I can not afford an attorney) and wondering what I should expect. Has anyone on here been thru this?? Anyone go thru it in Licking County?? TH400 with B/M Shift Kit. Correct 670 Heads completely gone thru by Dave Hillard (Hillard Performance) Forged Internals (Speed Pro Pistons), Balanced Rotating Assembly, Crower Cam (60916) 1.6 Butler Full Roller Rockers, Billit pushrods, Billit Rollmaster Timing Chain, ARP Rod bolts, over $3,000 invested. Runs very strong! Everything is brand new. No leaks. Runs 190 - 200 degrees in 90 degree days. Interior: All original Interior. Looks great for being 40 yrs old. Some small patches, but nothing major. Headliner is in great shape. Clean Dash, no cracks, and WORKING CLOCK!! Exterior: All original Sheet Metal (except front fenders) Very straight quarters (see pics) Paint is in good shape shape, a few nicks and scratches, but over all good shine. Car is a Driver!.. not a 100pt show car. Under the hood is VERY CLEAN!! No rusty heads or dirty firewall... very clean. Car has BRAND NEW Pypes 2.5 X pipe exhaust with Flowmaster Super 40's. Sounds very good. Will need new headers (flanges are starting to warp and causing a small exhaust leak.) The only area in need of TLC is a small area in the trunk... Previous owner did some bondo patching and when I welded in some new trunk braces, the welder burned thru and exposed the bondo. Nothing major.. Overall, the trunk is solid. Floors are also VERY solid. New rear shocks and springs. I've won several trophies at local car shows with this car, so I would classify it as a VERY NICE Driver. New paint would make this a $35-40K car. Asking $25K Car can be driven ANYWHERE with confidence! Lance, Let me make this perfectly clear.. I DIDN'T INVITE ANYONE FROM CR TO THIS EVENT PERIOD!!! I saw the pack of cars rollin in like you did and noticed my friend (Anthony's) Firebird. I went over and told him he could hang with us. He had a few friends join us (Amy, Killjoy.. ect..) I went over to check out some of the other cars, when someone who I was near got a phone call saying that there was trouble around back... we all took off to find out what happened... I agree 100%... you don't troll through the parking lot of a national convention where there is over 300 cars valued at more money than most of make in a year. If you wanted a race, park out front, introduce yourself, pop the hood and let's talk cars... From what I heard, Sam & Linn came off like and asshat and rubbed some of these guys the wrong way... Do I condone what happened? Absolutly not... But I don't think you should of had your car back there in the 1st place. Just my honest opinion.

Ahh.. p-sha!! You guys are too kind!! Next time I want to do a better job of introducing myself to you all. I hope we can all get together at the next event. All of your rides were beyond beautiful!!! That cruise up to the shown from Avry Rd was the best part... Just seeing all those cars riding in that pack!!! Wow!!! What a sight.. I saw (I think it was you Leilani) taking some pics.. do you have any you can post?? You all have no idea how hard it was to keep up with all you 6 speeders in a 3 speed auto!!! My engine was screeming at 80mph just to keep up!! Good Times!! Good Times!!
