You can try some decompression at a chiropractors. I do it for my neck and back and it helps. It won't cure it but it does help. Also massage seem to help. There are pain docs that will shoot something like Novocain (I think) mix into the area and it will help. All of this helps..none of it cures. I know what you're going through. Good luck mace

************************This is a 22 NOT a 23************** I have to clean out some of the toys, so I thought I'd put this up first, as I have another 40 I carry. Yes, I know it's a 40 and they are SOOOO tough to shoot. Well I'm 63yrs old 6'2 205 and this gun isn't all that. Yes it is snappy but it's not uncontrollable in fact it's back on target pretty quick. Anyway, I traded a 1911 for it about 4-5 years ago and the previous owner said he only put about 100 rounds through it and I have put 200-300 hundred. It comes with 1 mag, its case and the manual. there seems to be a problem with shifts from 1st to 2 and it means the trans could need rebuilt maybe i should have stated it a little clearer..I'm guessing he meant the trans was rebuilt
