Well, peer pressure has lead me to get a bike myself now (not that I didn't want to anyway). My dad will only alow me to get one if I finance one and he co-signs.(I need to start building credit) I was looking at 01-04 Honda CBR600's, are they alright bikes? I also looked at a 00 (I think) Kawasaki ninja 500 and also saw a 750. Is the 750 just a much faster bike, that I don't want to mess with right now? And the last bike I looked at was a GSXR. Opinions on these bikes for a new rider?

Although my sistr says the dumbest shit you can imagen, she gets good grades!? Its amazing, shes 16 and just got a 98 in Honors Calc. UCLA is already sending her shit, so that she can apply for scolorships. Its amazing how good of a student she is. I'd say you're fine, you pulled over, and the officer made a poor choice. I'm told that most of the time in that situation, the cop will stay and give the ticket because your the sure thing, insted of taking off after a bike and endangering people on the roads. Potentially you could get in trouble, but I think the officer may have recognized you were pulled over, and I doubt he will be looking for you.
