My good friend Nick Collura does them, 40 dollars a month, paid in full at the beginning of each month, for a half hour lesson once a week (10/hour). Although it may be a stretch for you as he's down around the Lancaster area. . . I'd just try posting on craigslist for seeking guitar lessons and see whatcha get =)

Lower end games that I enjoyed playing single player campaigns on are Red Alert, Red Alert 2, Warcraft 3, Diablo 1 & 2, Quake 2, Empire Earth, all the civilizations, battlefield 1942 (pretty low end to todays standard), Deus Ex, Unreal, Blood 2, Max Payne, Soldier of Fortune. . . and that's about all the lower lower end stuff I can think of that I personally enjoyed. As for free? Get some knowledge built up on torrents
