So I spend a lot of time in my work truck. . and it's very bland. . . while I'm not really interested in "pimping it out" . . . just lookin for a basic WORKING mp3 player head unit for my work truck. . . . lemme know whatcha got. . . doesn't need to have ipod hookups or any of that. . but if it does. . cool.

cool, disregard the PM . . . i'll probably just go out and buy a new one. . . it's probably a jacked head unit. . cause the fuse was blow before i installed it and i had to replace it

Bummer Yea it's all wired correctly (ground to ground, accessory to accessory, battery to battery). . . just keeps blowing the head unit fuse everytime the battery is reconnected. . . . if it is fixable, how would I do it?

So I've installed my fair share of cd players and systems. . . and today I decided to upgrade my truck's cd player. . . so I get the harness and everything, wire it up. . . . bought a used pioneer mp3 unit (probably the mistake) and when I plug everything in the small 10 amp fuse in the cd player keeps blowing. . . no matter what. . . . and I've tried and blowed 3 fuses now (this is after hooking back up the battery). I've checked and checked, all wires are correctly connected. . . soooo I guess the cd player is jacked? Or maybe I'm missing something. It's a 02 f150 if that helps anyone who may know or do installs on a regular basis. Thanks in advance!

Haven't tried WIC on it, but I do have bioshock that I've tested on it and I ran it smoothly with everything on high, didn't have aa or af enabled but it still looked great. And yes, I have to agree. . . games like F.E.A.R. and CS:Source it plays with everything turned on full.
