I moved and somehow in the process of moving the key to my second beater got misplaced. I put the car up for trade and got some good offers, but now I need to be able to show it. I know I can't be the first to have this problem, so I figured I would post up to see what the options/recommendations were. Car doors are keyed to the ignition and the doors are locked.

I used to do it, I just haven't had the time to do it recently.

Average response time for a law enforcement official is 12 minutes. If I recall correctly that's if an alarm company forwards the call to the police station. People use the excuse my neighbor is a cop, too. I can wholeheartedly tell you that I would never want one to try to defend my life. I am not saying there are not good ones out there, but the majority that I have trained have had better use as a shield for me from incoming fire.

If you want a pre-built rifle, it is a great one. Ultra-reliable and quite accurate, too...

Seen too many issues out of the Ruger to carry one.... Keltec is where it is at for now... In that price range anyway. I would expect Ruger to have the kinks worked out within the next 6-8 months.

I do agree with that statement.

Both will work very well. Both will hold up very well. I believe gunkote looks a little nicer in my opinion.

I can't give a good recommendation for these things. I have sold guns for years and you get what you pay for.... There may be some good ones out there, but I've yet to see one. I don't buy a gun just to "play" with, though... I have a gun to perform many, many functions.
