I need to get a charger for a Sony DSC-T10. The battery model # is NP-FT1... if anyone has an extra one laying around or knows where to get one cheap, please let me know. I wouldn't mind an extra battery, either. Thanks in advance!

I think the color is killing out... I was interested months back, and most likely would have it now if it was in primer or something... a darker colored primer. Just a suggestion...

Remember that 9 out of 10 people will pay the ticket and never go to court. Cops hate showing up to court... etc, etc. It was probably a good thing for you to write everything down as you had, because if you contest it in court and the officer cannot remember all of the details then it's in your favor. I don't know how viable of a case you have, but I would contest it in your case if I was you. Good luck!

Technically, a class D liquor license is what prevents you from carrying in an establishment, Victim Empowerment Zone sign or no sign. I believe that Walmart has one, but I never really checked into this.

I'll answer more of this later. I've *never* seen any of these signs posted anywhere--remember they must be conspicuous.. The only one I did ever see is on one of my guns safes. I didn't think that place deserved to be a Victim Empowerment Zone. Technically, you cannot carry if you are under the influence or in a bar. So if you're going to go to a bar and drink, don't even lock your gun up in the trunk. It gets really twisted, but they can and will throw charges at you--trust me. I will answer more about Kroger and Walmart later. Legally you can get into a sticky mess. Also, none of what I wrote is a legal recommendation in any way.

I deal with them almost weekly... and I can tell you from experience that they don't know what deadlines are or really care if they break them. Hopefully they are better for the consumer. I usually recommend the consumer deal with them directly as they usually have more power than I do.

The HK45 is a neat gun, but in my opinion a little late on the market--the redesign should have been done years ago. There has been a lot of talk of HK pulling out of the US and if that happens many consumers here can be potentially left high and dry if they need service. HK's customer service isn't much to speak of as it is and they claim that around 2% of their annual sales are from the US civilian market. We'll see what happens. I think the HK45C is less popular than it should be. Keep in mind you most likely can buy a hand gun later in time.... It's the black rifle that you might not be able to get again--at least in the exact configuration that you might want it in.
