  1. If you want to be signed up for a newsletter, PM me with an email address.... We're going to have a Memorial Day sale.
  2. Keep in mind, the DPMS does not have a forward assist or a dustcover. Supposedly new technology allows for it to function in this manner. My take on it was the forward assist was added for a reason. Have I ever had to use one... Just once. Would have I been screwed if I didn't have it? YES. Dust cover? If you aren't playing in talcum powder that's tan colored, you should be alright. Bushmaster is a good gun, it was a previous rental gun so we can say well broken in and not very finicky. Good choice... unless you're trying to do some drive-by bayonetting in your near future! Also, the lack of a bird cage aka flash suppressor will make it a bit louder than the MP15 you shot.
  3. I think left-handed AR15's are more wronger than two guys in bed, but some people do like them... Stag Arms 2TL -- $1179.95 (new) Stag Arms 1L -- $949.95 (new) Yes... I really did say wronger.
  4. I missed that detail... I have no sound on this one.... =(
  5. MP15a -- (new) $1089.95 Bushmaster E2S Shorty (ban gun, used) -- $699.95 Sabre Defence M5 (new) -- $2659.95 (HOT ITEM) DPMS Panther Sportical (new) -- $699.95 MSAR STG-556 (new, looks like a Styer AUG) -- $1899.95 Kel-Tec PLR-16 (new, pistol 223) -- $504.95 Neat gun! Kel-Tec SU-16B (new, rifle 223) -- $559.95 I can snatch up some pics if you need them. This will at least get you on your way to helping you decide which kind of blackie you'd like... If you're a lefty I have some Stag arms in stock, too.
  6. Wrap that sling! Don't get worked like a heavy bag!
  7. Yes we do. Keep in mind that used AR-15's are a commodity right now--ELECTION YEAR. I highly recommend that if you find one at a price you like, that you buy it right then. People are running over each other to get them at good prices... and rightfully so... He who hesitiates makes an alternative selection later. The longer you wait and the closer it gets to lever time, the more you're going to end up paying. The S&W MP15's flew out the door like crazy when Smith offered the $100 rebates on the Evil Black Rifles. Also, be advised that not all AR's are the same... don't care what you read. Scott will back me up on that one. My recommendation for stock reliable is the S&W MP15's... Oh yeah... I have two Ruger LCP's in stock if someone wants one act now. These are harder to find than a needle in a haystack. I am putting these on the shelf as I am typing this.
  8. ummm... WTF... I know this is completely off topic, but when I saw some quotes from his books, I did an Amazon search. Look at this: http://www.amazon.com/Poster-Lincoln-Served-Barack-Obama/dp/B0016WJ368/ref=sr_1_44?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1210882274&sr=8-44 This angers me.
  9. lol... I try my best.
  10. I recommend not oiling it. Wrap the gun with saran wrap 2x and leave it sit for 24 - 48 hours. Depending on what oil you use, you will have an issue with a sloppy holster.
  11. I did consider it... but I had nothing else to say.
  12. A gun is something that you should have up most confidence in when the balloon drops... dependent upon when ALL else fails. Wouldn't you rather know you didn't have to depend on the warranty and that it would work if your life relied on it??
  13. It is accurate enough. If you can learn to group it well, you can shoot anything well. The trigger sucks, but it can be dealt with. You need to practice dry-firing it.
  14. That is the only one worth owning. That being said, I do NOT own one.
  15. I am looking for one or the other locally if possible. Didn't know if someone knew of one I didn't. I've been on forums and am not especially pleased with what I have found, so I figured I would see what this would bring me. I am definitely more interested in the 91-95 MR2... but I am open to Del Sols, too.
  16. I saw this on another forum I was on and I figured I'd share. http://i251.photobucket.com/albums/gg291/DirtyJeepJK/1.jpg http://s251.photobucket.com/albums/gg291/DirtyJeepJK/?mediafilter=images
  17. I highly recommend reading the book Unintended Consequences. Seriously. Do it.
  18. Watch the video in the upper right corner. UNBELIEVABLE!! http://nraila.com/
  19. Good luck with those Alpines. I have blown more than a couple of them in my time. Not even intentionally. They just don't build those like they used to...
  20. Sorry for the mix up!! Mike, the tires and wheels you saw are the other ones, which are now the most recent locked up thread.
