  1. They are also saying that with Wilson committing it vaulted Ohio State's 2013 class into the 1 or 2 spot overall. Urban, fucking Urban. Dude is a maestro.
  2. Some ESPN recruiter was on The Fan and said he thought Bell is going to stay home and be a Vol. Is Bell the best "get" for us in the draft?
  3. Does this guy not get that he's on an internet car forum? He acts surprised when people call him on his "facts" and when they don't just accept the car stuff he just throws out there. "I once did 285 miles per hour in a Chevette." "No you didn't." "It's totally fine to just route your turbo exhaust into the cabin of the car because then it get sucked into the engine through the window defrost." "That doesn't make any sense whatsoever." "One time I welded a Viper to a Corvette and they asked me to give a lecture at MIT on structural engineering." "You just made that up."
  4. Wait, so imstock2 is - *gasp* - not telling the truth about something? Universe set to implode in 3, 2...
  5. I usually find a way to implement LS blocks into my crossfit routines. For instance: Corvette Cathy -21 LS7 block thrusters -15 LS2 block kettle ball swings -50 burpees -21 LS3 block wall ball throws
  6. LOL at someone throwing one of those huge cutouts at him, it not making it, and it nailing one of the Auburn fans in the head.
  7. Why did imstock2 just start randomly posting pictures from his hard drive? http://www.corvetteforum.com/c6.jpg http://images.thecarconnection.com/med/2010-chevrolet-corvette-2-door-coupe-z06-w-2lz-engine_100249980_m.jpg http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-KPtMXtI7BtI/UIcUm-mBTXI/AAAAAAAABlM/k6EPBd49ox4/s1600/cast.jpg http://swamplot.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/03/floyd-trailer-park.jpg http://www.allaboutaddiction.com/addiction/wp-content/uploads/smoking-meth.jpg
  8. It's a bowling enemy, then?
  9. I didn't say it was the prototype; I said it wasn't. Also, I might add that prototype can be defined as something that serves to characterize the typical qualities of something (e.g., "Eli is the prototypical genius").
  10. No, I meant prototypical, but I can see where I came across as confusing. Instead of using "Also," I probably should have said, "However, I recognize that..." to more appropriately convey what I meant. The intent was to acknowledge that, while Pickerington is a "good area," Rule 3 isn't exactly the prototype when it comes to bowling alleys. So, the hypothetical argument could have gone like this: Jeffro: Name a bowling alley in a good area. Me: Rule 3 is in Pickerington, and Pickerington is a good area. Jeffro: But Rule 3 isn't exactly a "bowling alley." Me: I can accept that.
  11. If it were Linn, then I bet he would race you repeatedly on 270 after a chance encounter very early in the morning. Then, the next weekend, as you were getting out of your car at, say, Jegs, he would enthusiastically introduce himself with, "Hey, remember me? We raced last weekend. Want to go again?" And then you would race from rolls starting out at 60, 65, 70, 75, 77.5, 80, 83.5, and 90 mph just to make sure all bases were covered. I am also willing to bet that, if it were Linn, then he would spray the living fuck out of everyone - even people that don't have spray and have no chance of beating him - and proceed to remain WOT through 6th gear even after he's put a 1/4 mile lead on everyone. In videos of the races, he can be seen as the small dot in the distance while the other, much more evenly matched cars are going at it. Those are just my bets, though. I have no idea if that would even be remotely close to the truth.
  12. Pickerington has Rule 3. Not sure if Pickerington fits your conceptualization of "good area," but I would think it does. Also, Rule 3 isn't your prototypical bowling alley, either.
  13. It's great how Kirk continually pummels imstock2, but imstock2 just acts like they're somehow cool. imstock2: "Look at how my leg got eaten by a killer whale!" kirk: "That looks like you scraped your knee on the sidewalk, you idiot." imstock2: "Not even how it went down, bro. These faggits don't even comprehend my C6 skillz." kirk: "What the fuck are you talking about? You're a fucking waste of life." imstock2: "LOL kirk you have a cool garage! Wish I was rich like you." kirk: "I'm not rich, fuckface - I have a nice life because I work my ass off and hustled through school. If you weren't such a fucking moron you might understand that." imstock2: "haha Kirk ur pretty awesome let's hangout sometime bro!" kirk: "Die."
  14. Admittedly, it's looking less annoying the more I see it. I'm still not a fan of the back end, but I'm guessing that, in a year, I won't care about that anymore.
  15. I don't profess to know much about bowling, but your scores look pretty fucking high. In fact, all the Bucklad's seem to know what they're doing on the lanes. Is the handicap what you add to your score to get 300? Meaning, since your handicap is lower that means that you typically average higher than the other bowlers there (and that you typically bowl 265)?
  16. I called Allstate today to obtain an insurance quote. Me: "Hey, just wondering what the monthly rate would be on this motorcycle I just purchased." Allstate: "Okay, a few questions. Is it 2003 or newer?" Me: "Yes, it's a 2010." Allstate: "Okay, then we're probably looking at like $79 a month to insure it." Me: "That sounds reasonable." Allstate: "Now, is it a street bike?" Me: "I guess? I mean, I ride it on the street. It's not a dirt bike." Allstate: "Okay. Is it sick?" Me: "What?" Allstate: "Like, when people see this bike, are they like, 'That street bike is sick' or something to that effect?" Me: "Yes, all the time." Allstate: "Does anyone ever add 'and shit' in reference to your bike? Like, they might say something along the lines of 'That is a sick street bike and shit.' Does that ever happen?" Me: "Oddly, yes, it does." Allstate: "Well, in that case, it's $500 a month. That's pretty much the going rate for having a sick street bike and shit."
  17. My hair is almost as large as VV Cephai. Almost.
  18. For real. Summarizing Achievement Unlocked.
  19. So Teo says he was duped all along. Whatever idiot.
  20. Yeah, the Meridian wasn't exactly quiet. On top of the noise that comes from boisterous tenants, it's located in a relatively high traffic area. Some of the units (e.g., ours) was located in relatively close promixity to a COTA bus stop - need I say anymore? While technically in Grandview (I think), the Meridian was close enough to the University District to get some of the "seedy drift," if that makes sense. Like, you would see some unscrupulous-looking characters floating around the complex sometimes. Not something you really want to tolerate when you're paying $1000+ per month in rent. Austin, I think I'm effectively deterring you from the Meridian
  21. I've heard good things about The Quarry, though all of them were related to the social scene and partying. A few years ago - when I was at the Meridian - a bunch of people would party at the Meridian pool(s). (BTW, their pools are fucking tiny and were always fucking freezing.) The Meridian partying would last from like 11am to like 3 or 4 pm, and then everyone would migrate to The Quarry to continue partying, etc. until it was time to get ready and go out. Yeah, I know, completely douchey, but whatever - it was fun if you were into that sort of thing. Not sure if things continue to operate like that, but The Quarry had - at least at one time - a fairly healthy pool scene. Note: it would suck if you lived anywhere close to the pool at Meridian. Seriously, sometimes I kind of felt sorry for those tenants, as it was a complete madhouse on certain days. Note x2: Also, the Meridian was, by and large, filled with douche bags. I can tolerate a certain level of douchery - hell, I'm no slouch when it comes to douchiness myself - but some people can't. I don't know if the douchers remain at Meridian, but, if they are, and you can't tolerate them, then I'd steer clear of there.
  22. I'm not surprised to hear about the horrible reviews. My impression is that the quality there (e.g., management competence and helpfulness) has decreased dramatically in the past few years.
  23. More: http://www.tigerdroppings.com/rant/p/39265617/Manti-Teo-Jokes-Thread-pics-gifs-memes-teoing-etc.aspx Page 4 has an awesome Usual Suspects-themed gif.
