V8KILR I did not post a broad range opinion, I posted facts about history. Your opinions are broad. I am not crying about slavery but it relates to your previous post and is a very valid part of our history. I thought your discussions were "history" based. Citizens have not lost the right to bear arms. You can own firearms. Concealed carry permits are beneficial and designed, not to limit law abiding citizens from carrying but permit felons and untrained people from carrying them legally. You haven't lost freedom of speech. If you want to make statements that are regarded as hate speeches, that is your right to. Just because people give your speech a label doesn't take your right away. I'm sure there is a group of people who will praise you for the same speech. I own a business and I can hire whomever I want. I am not required to participate in affirmative action. I am a woman and without affirmative action I may not have been able to achieve some of the things I have achieved. This discussion could go on forever. I happen to think political debates can be really healthy thing as long as they aren't opinion based but based on facts.

Segregation = Inequality Inequality = Lesser Freedom Your statement that we (society) have less freedom than in 1909 is blatant disregard for facts and shows your lack of knowledge concerning this country's history. My education extends beyond high school and yes I have had studied beyond college history courses. What they teach just touches the surface and if you want to have an accurate understanding of this country's history than you need to have the desire to seek it out on you own. I have.

Yesterday, we had the opportunity to dyno a Turbo Charged 2000 Camaro owned by Dave Underwood. Pat Barnhill did most of the tuning using an onboard Big Stuff 3 stand alone computer. Although the power was outstanding at over 1000 hp (I think the dyno sheet I printed off only shows 986) and 750 ft lbs of torque at 7000 rpm, Pat and I both feel that the car has more potential. Due to a glitch with the Big Stuff 3, we were not able to pull past 7000 rpm safely. The computer is being pulled off and sent back for repair. I can't speak for the other posters, but I did not assume that you were against Obama. You can support a politician but disagree with their actions or policies, I have a few times.

I think what he is doing is positive but I also think that your complaint should be with the school. If you didn't know until after it happened and the school aired it, you should talk to them about why they did not inform parents of any mandatory political viewing.

Nothing, that I am aware of. I bought the fox body from him about 3yrs. ago. It had a blown 5.0L and a broken rear end. It did have a new D1 on it but I sold it to customer. The rest is history.
