That BTW is not a "V", it's just a coupe that looks only slightly shorter than the sedan and will likely come with the 300hp motor according to the GM rep at the show today. Either way I like the look of both versions of the car.

Just got back, decent show in all. Got to see the new V12 TDI Audi R8, GTR up close(BIG car), and the ZR1 in all it's glory.

Hehe, been there done that and we were searched when going up on a fishing trip and had to unpack/repack all of our gear. The Skyline I could care less about as I know it won't live up to the hype. I do want to see the ZR1 and a near production Evo X should be there as well as a few other cars I've been wanting to check out. I'm leaving in the morning.

I must of missed it in the Coney Island shot, oh well. The Monster is fairly original in its looks and yes you get to see it.

Thought I would put this out since the movie IMO was pretty weak. Plot: People go to party, monster attacks city, dude goes to save the GF, friend gets bitten by little monster then later explodes(or gets shot or something, I think), dude finds GF and they all die.....end of movie. No explanation if the monster is killed or where it came from or anything. Just my opinion but rent it.

I'd like to see a highly experienced racer, some kind of automotive journalist maybe, and possibly a collector of some type hosting though I don't know if I would like Leno though. I don't know the backgrounds of the guys on the current show but I guess it's something like that?? I'll definitely watch the pilot to see how it is.

I found a replacement ECU through dsmtuners.com and got it for $50, though obviously you may end up in this situation again down the road but it's cheap. The sites Mike listed have lots of parts and things for sale and you can find most anything if you look hard enough, just getting tougher these days when our cars are this old.

Agreed, digital media is the future and this stupid format war won't last too long as digital media is far more convenient.

I believe the regular ones have the HDMI port and wireless controllers, all the Elite gives you is the bigger HDD and console in black. Unless you plan on storing a bunch of stuff on the 360 get the regular one.

Stay away from Sprint/Nextel.....coverage is weak, calls are unreliable, and the service is worse.

I do agree with you about adapting the game plan, Tressel seems to at times be very one dinemsional. The National Championship was a good example of that, we used almost the same 2 receivers all day and I don't even remember seeing Maurice Wells play(and he's faster than Beanie). Like you mention about Boone, we have another OL coming in that's 6'8" or so and 325lbs. While that's great to have 1 or 2 guys like that it's been obvious we need more speed on both sides of the ball(Vernon Gholston will be missed for this). One place I don't agree is the "poor national performances", yes we've lost the last 2 big games but under Tressel were 6-2 and obviously in 8 straight bowl games. Under Tressel the winning percentage is around 80% I believe, while he's not perfect obviously OSU has been a much better team under him.

Excellent!! So virtually everyone but Vernon Gholston is staying and that's great!! Looking forward to the USC game next year as they are a great team and we have a lot of history with them!!
