I just noticed that some cars engine swaps also change the drivetrain, like the F20C on a CRX and it becomes RWD!!! Also the MKV GTi going to an R32 engine and AWD!! Dirtybird, that's the exact reason why I only play online with no collisions or people I know that will race fairly. The reason the guy hit you on the oval is because he meant to.

Doesn't Delaware or someone around Alum Creek do a fireworks show right on the lake?? I've heard something about it and hear it's a good show.

I won't race people online with collisions on, nobody wants to play even remotely fair and spin you every chance they have. I'll stick to collisions off or no online at all.

North-east, close enough. The only thing I remember they had up there for jobs was the Napa warehouse and even then it's not a big place, and that town is in the middle of nowhere.

Fix anything you broke, then take pictures of the place showing the condition before you leave. Unless you have some shady management you should be fine, I left my last apartment pretty dirty and they still even game me back my deposit.

I've been to that town, it's about 45 mins north of New Philadelphia. Sucks to hear that as it's a really small town and most people probably know each other. Someone from the Cleveland crew or Massillon area on here might know more as it's not too far from them.

The replay glitch is hilarious until it does it often enough that you cant get any telemetry because of it. I've got the Lingenfelter now and it's as stupid fast as it always was. I also have a Golf R32 that can keep pace with the CC8S!! Though it took a ton of money to do it, it's a fast ass car. I'm dialing in my 997 GT3 right now, it's a bit tricky but it's a fast car and I'm already whooping ass with it. Question: How do get those pictures up online?? I can't get anything off the Forza forums or online to post them up.

I saw a tons of cars in the auction house that you win for free, just take your $100 and sell it unless you need the car later. Anyone else get the replay glitch where your car loses its wheels and goes flying??

Anyone else notice the rubber build up on your cars when racing?? The fenders right behind the wheels will become dull with rubber build up after a few laps on DOT R tires!! Also the front of the car becomes dirty and dull from dirt and bugs after a few laps.

The music part I enjoy, not loud, just some faint background music that I keep well under the cars sounds. Especially with such a good soundtrack why not let me have the option to listen to it while racing?? I guess they figured everyone would do their own soundtracks. The damage modeling is good, you hit the RR corner and the panels bend up, bumper bends, corner lights bust out, rear suspension becomes misaligned. Mitch: It sounds like your setting the wheel in your lap and pdeals on the floor?? If so you will not enjoy the wheel. We have ours setup on an old weight bench set and mounted an old office chair to sit in, it works great and makes the wheel more than worth the investment.

I know we have te thread about the car list, but I thought I would start this to talk about what you hate/love about the game. Pros: It's beautiful!! Great graphics, nice simple menus. Great soundtrack. Replay telemetry is astonishing. Auction house could be interesting. It's meant to work with the steering wheel and does so perfectly!! Lots of track variations and a couple new tracks. Wheel selection is great and the wheels are 3d now! You can choose tire brands!! Cons: No game soundtrack in during racing. Same damn cars as last game pretty much. Same mod system and mods as last game, where is the next gen stuff like an LS1 in an FC RX7?? Not enough new tracks, I played half these courses last time and all they are now is prettier now. Gran Turismo killer?? No. But a great game.

No music while racing??? WTF?? Gran Turismo has always had a great soundtrack to it and Forza seems to but dammit if I can't listen to it while I'm racing. The steering wheel is amazing for this game, the feedback is great.

Novaman, theres normally a red Mustang that is badass and during the first heat there was a T/A running and several Vette's. A lot of the bigger american cars can be at a disadvantage with their size and weight on some of these small lots.

Dont worry, you'll be able to "Buy" them later on.

Nothing against the Firebird owners, but why put 2 of the exact same cars in the game?? Most games do have the Chevy variant so I don't see why they couldn't use the Firebird for once. The stores have it in stock now but won't be allowed to sell it until the release date which is tomorrow!!

You'd be surprised at how much faster you can still be on your current tires. My reccomendation to you is not to buy slicks until after a good full season of autox, though some people catch on a lot faster. At the next event talk to the novice coordinator and see if she can get you a highly experienced driver in your heat to drive your car, likely they will whoop your ass in it and you'll learn a lot from it. It might be frustrating but stay on street tires this year, if anything just ante up to some Falken Azenis and have fun.

Eh....I'd imagine the quality was the issue here as we've never had problems with our magnets. Next event is the 16th/17th. The 16th is a drivers school that is already full, Ray and I will be there but will not be taking any passengers at all that weekend.

Heh, you were one of the many caught by that one. I assume you were working when it started?? My friend was at the other end of the lot working turn 3 when the rain hit and he had his windows down and roof open on his bmw!!

I've stumbled on them for under $100 on private sales, I believe shops will sell them for a couple hundred anymore. Check Buschur's site and the others like to see what they are going for.
