I had the regular ones and they were sluggish though seemed to take the abuse I gave them. Are you planning on taking the car to a track?? If so you might want to look at some Carbotech's or something along that line for pads.

^^Agreed, I was looking around at some volvo's recently and you can pick up a good one for just a couple grand.

Their also cheap enough to make great budget racers these days, they are still very competitive in autocross and road racing.

It's hard to tell sometimes on ebay what can be good legit stuff or not. I raced my Laser on basic PBR pads last year and they were ok, there are much better pads out there. Do some research on the rotors, I've seen many off-brand cross-drilled rotors crack too easily.

Those are what I use. The only weak point to those are there seem to be a lot more people in europe on them and during certain hours it's hard to download things. I've started downloading movies in the early evening and they start fine then get slower and slower then stop before they finish.

A buddy of mine's dad owns an rc shop in southern ohio and races ones just like that, their fun as hell. He races a 5hp asphalt rc car and some dirt one like those that make something like 10+hp.

I did pizza delivery for a couple years, if you do it full time and always work the busy hours you can make good money, I made around $28K+ for one year. Don't forget, if you do it full time most all car maintenance is tax deductible!!

Eclipse GSX, clean 2g's go in that price range and despite what people will tell you they are reliable cars when taken care of and not dogged on. I paid $4k for my Pathfinder, not ideal on gas mileage but it's reliable, 4wd, and can haul all kinds of shit.

Ancient video, but a great one. That chase was over 2+ hours and in a stock car loaded down(you can see in the rear hatch, it's full!!) over 140mph. The car held up pretty well I think, who knows what kind of shape it was in before the chase. The awd helped him out a lot too. Trained driver in a lightly built mustang > stock dsm with who knows what kind of driver.

Uhhh.....riiiiiight. We both had the same amount of home runs and you just suck dick better I guess, the machine liked you more.
