My ECU took a crap in my car and I need another one. If anyone on here has a dsm, that might know someone that has a 90 non-turbo Eclipse please let me know.

2 years ago I was in my identical appearing Laser turbo, I ran it in SM. I've never run in H Stock. I don't remember an audi being out there, but I might just not of been paying attention.

You never noticed they gave away stripped down base models of those cars too?? They always give away the ones like that. I'm more amazed that the show is still on the air and Bob Barker isn't dead yet!! You think maybe they replaced him with a clone??

Heh, same with me. My car decided no to start yesterday morning!! Something electrical but I can't begin to tell what it is. I'm waiting on a tow truck right now. The good thing is I still got to race yesterday as my buddy has a Talon he runs in H Stock with Hoosiers on it, so I still get my points and maintain my lead for now. I did get some video of me, Andy(White79bu), and a couple other people I'll have up later this week.

I just got back home from the Thrift Store. I hadn't been there but 5 mins when the cops showed up and told us to leave. They also said once the new "No Loitering" signs were up they would arrest anyone in violation of that. I keep hearing about a gyro shop people are gathering at, where's this at??

If your concerned about weight and cost you prolly can't go wrong with a Honda motor, like a B16 or something. Their readily available and cheap. The 4G63 is heavier but real cheap as well and would make as much power as you want.

I've thought about that, but it's the SCCA were talking about!! They don't like seeing flying objects in cars, but I may try something like that if I have to. My suction cup mount works fine except besause its so small the camera has very limited adjustment and I can't get a good angle at all until I get my extension, 2nd knuckle, and tether.

I have a new camcorder I want to tape some autocross with, I have a suction cup mount but not all the parts I need to make it work yet. Anyone have a rollbar mount I could borrow for tomorrow??

Just wow!!

I went up to the event, nobody in my class as I figured there wouldn't be so I won my class by default. I didn't get a chance to see all of the times from everyone listed so I don't know how I compared to others. My only gripe was the surface, the parking lot is in terrible shape there at GM. I was bottoming out on a couple corners and a vette managed to snap a front wheel off doing a lot of damage. It sucks that's the lot they have to run on up there, it's murder on a car.

I do as well, but with my current car it's just not possible. I tried to get up to 100mph once and after 5 mins I gave up...

I sometimes wonder if I would be a lot better if I had gone to school as well. I currently work for an asphalt company and honestly like what I do. I get to work outside all day and play with equipment like backhoes and bobcats. I like doing physical work and moving around all the time doing different things. 2 years in and I'm making in the mid-thirties which isn't bad. You can't go wrong with school, at the very least it won't hurt you. I will probably go back at some point myself.

The roads around Hoover reservoir are nice as well, some ups and downs with some twisties here and there.

If you want to take a small road trip go to Athens Ohio, then take St. Rt. 555 east torwards Marietta!! Great road!!
