On a personal note, I hope this past weekend was all part of Tressels Jedi mind tricks for USC, but props to the Bobcats for giving it their best. I think OSU has as good a team as USC and this game will come down to who wants it more and coaching. This is where Tressel is weak in my opinion, in his loyalty to players, his conservative play calls, and lack of creative play calling. Just my .02

Just wanted to say I hate you guys!! I want to go!! You never know with the new owners, NASA runs events at "Autobahn" outside Chicago and it's a private country club, so hopefully these guys will do the same.

I'll bet the GTM isn't too bad on insurance, vehicles like that are genreally well taken care of and driven rarely, though you never know especially at your age.

Anyone watch the Cal/MSU game?? MSU like last year against several opponents could have easily won that game but yet again shoot themselves in the foot, if they could clean up their playing they could win a good 10 games.

Fun is the most important factor in something like this, then cost/reliability run together next. That's what I'm going on for my next purchase consideration.

UM looked bad, then again look at all the freshmen and sophomores they have. The only reason the score was close was Utah's fault with all the penalties and fumbling the ball around. I noticed a couple guys on UM's offense that showed promise, couple that with some time for Rodriguez to bring in some and they'll be back soon enough.....but not before we destroy them a couple more times!!

UM is losing to Utah right now and I am loving it!! OSU looked as expected, Beanie getting hurt can't be good but he'll be back. Pryor looks good when moving, his flat-footed throwing needs improving though he is a Freshman!!

McCain just punched his ticket to the whithouse picking her for VP. I have to do some research but until now I hadn't planned on voting for either but she may be the difference maker for me.

Andy, I know. I really miss the Laser and it was built for this kind of stuff but it was time for it to go. Chris, that would be fun but I need to save up to buy another car by next spring, and that's going to be a strech. I should be out quite a bit next year at least accruing some volunteer points to pay for a couple weekends.

57's are good stone, I personally havn't heard of this 411 stuff. What are you doing with it? I know the 57's work good for drainage amongst things.

I'd love to make this but the Pathfinder is a bit too tall for racing.

Passing was allowed on the pit straight, between 1 and the keyhole, back straight, and thinder valley for us. DE3 was working on passing in the corners with a wave and open everywhere else.

I signaled, just can't see it. They did it the first event this year I'm told, but not since and Ray had run there quite a bit and he's only driven it once. I'd like to do it since it completely changes that straight and the entrance to the keyhole somewhat. Wheels?

They rarely run the club course I'm told, though we asked about it and I've seen video of it and would love to run it. Passing is only on the straights with a wave in 1 & 2, 3 the rules vary depending on what exercises they are working on.

I was out there this past weekend as well and been contemplating the same things as well though for now I plan on only going as high as TT and see how it all goes.

Well worth it, though this was the most expensive weekend I've ever had, 5 tanks of gas in the subaru!!

The green/black car was called a "Diasio", some kind of closed cockpit mid-engine car one of the instructors had. Only made 130hp but weighs just over 1000lbs. I didn't see Brooks there.

Underrating is nothing new like said. A buddy of mine put down 309whp on his LT4 C4 vette bone stock, it was rated at 330hp!! It's still 3800lbs of ugly that I would probably drive if I could afford it.

This weekend we have a 2 day event. Saturday is a normal event and sunday is the Governers Cup runoff. If your looking for more laps saturday is the day to go as sunday will only be 3 runs and then into the runoff for the fastest pax drivers. I prolly won't make it except to watch for a bit since the Subaru is down(and it's not my car anyway ).
