I plan on going on a diet on the 20th of this month which is my 27 birthday. Growing up I was always skinny , I was able to eat anything never gain weight, now I am the biggest Ive ever been in my life. im 6'3 and 235 lbs, I feel like shit, always tired always eating when bored.......... after getting out the military I gained 65 lbs and now im going to do something about it. I do not want to be ripped I just want to be tone and not chubby lol. My issue is not knowing what to eat, I eat things that I think are healthy that are horrible. I just need some help lol.
