  1. Hey guys, been a long while since I last posted. I'm stuck. Got a 2000 Honda S2000. It's posting this code: DTC P0411: Secondary Air Injection System Incorrect Flow. The pump checks out good. The Valve checks out good. The wire checks out good. Still posting the code. I don't have an ECM to swap into it nor do I have the money to buy one. All my research leads to the dead end of swap the ECM. Where do I go from here if the ECM is good? Please advise, Chris
  2. Actually what I was thinking too, something in that power range.
  3. the only thing I've ridden in the past is MX so I know it's going to be a learning curve. That's no biggy, I pick up on things like that pretty quick. I'm actually not looking to get a liter bike to start with, I like living. Anyways, last MX bike I had was a RM125, I loved that bike so I might be partial to Suzuki. Just thought I'd see what you guys think.
  4. "They're loaded with sexual prey." My sides hurt.
  5. Ok, I've been missing being able to ride for a long long time now, so I'm looking into getting a sport bike. If I had my way I'd get the new Triumph Daytona 675, bike's hot, but I'm poor and need to not start with a brand new bike. I've been looking at the CBR, GSX-R, and R6's. All around 600 cc's. I don't want a litre bike for my first sport bike. I'm about 5'6 - 5'9, kinda stocky about 170 lbs. I've sat on the GSX-R's but haven't been able to get on the other two, and I don't have my license yet, so no test rides for me (working on that). Anyways, I was just wondering what you guys would suggest as a good bike. Oh and if you want to suggest a Kawisaki, don't I'm biased about them and just personally don't like them, nothing against any Ninja owners, I just don't like Kawisaki's. No real reason, just personal preference. Anyways, let me know what you think.
  6. Psssh, all of you get used to this view. Team F-18 for the win. http://personal1.iddeo.es/aviacion/fotos/f18-3.jpg
  7. yeah, I saw the paddy wagon passing me as I was leaving the complex out of (mine and McGraw's) condo. He beeped me and said that something was up and I told him what I saw and he immediately started his "cigar" expedition.
  8. Yeah, I would have been in the shoes of the dude doubling. I lack balls for MX, breaking stuff scares me. I should have stuck with racing cars, I wooped ass when I was racing quartermidgets.
  9. Dude I know just about all of those guys too. My parent's house is like 1 minute drive from Whitcraft's place. Me, him, and his brother used to be real good friends. I quit racing and lost touch with all of those guys. I might have ridden with both of you too. Last bike I had was a black and yellow F&S Suzuki #90, I rode Schoolboy and 125C. I'm not trying to make myself sound like I was good or anything. All of those guys were 4 or 5 levels above me. I could be moderatly fast when I wanted to, but I was always scared of being hurt I guess. Probably why I quit racing. Anyways, how long ago where you guys part of District 11?
  10. See, I saw C4 and thought explosives. I got all excited for nothing
  11. Don't feel bad. Coty's a shutin, his only option is to see it that much.
  12. <---- This kid did once upon a time, no longer though. Still got a buddy that's into it way big, and is still semi-local. He's riding the Areancross circuit. I think Burkhart is still doing supermoto, not sure, he was ruling at that for a while. Used to be good friends with him, haven't seen/spoken to him in a long while. There's a handful of local guys that are making it semi-pretty big right now.
  13. True that, Pickerington people suck ass.
  14. http://videos.streetfire.net/video/D3895DB7-382C-46CC-9C7A-C69BEA2A5D90.htm I think it might just be dumb, I'm not quite sure.
  15. Fuck wire wrapping in its ass. I wrapped that damn clock twice because a couple wires got crossed in the spaghetti mess of shit. The clock is actually a single board computer complete with ROM, RAM, MICRO, onboard clock, lcd screen, etc. It's called a clock because that's what the code we had did for the OS, it kept track of time. Lots of work for something that's not worth it. Edit: I'll leave the stuff breadboarded before I start wire wrapping, no matter how much better the connections are.
  16. I am one of the lab guys and it doesn't work so good. It's basically like a router that cuts the lines in the board. People have problems with it. Sometimes they have to flash the boards with high voltage to burn out small traces that shouldn't be where they are. Just overall not worth the time to use it. Maybe one night when I'm super bored I'll dig it out and play with it.
  17. Anyone know of any companies in the Columbus area that does ciruit board etching from breadboarded circuits? I know OSU Physics department has a chemical etcher, but I don't know if they will etch comercially. I'm working on a Senior project for school and we have about 4 circuits breadboarded and were looking to get them all etched onto one board. If you know, then please forward the info to me. Thanks in advance.
  18. Official statement, it's been debated and agreed on. It's a mirror.
  19. There's a reason why alot of the Earth isn't mapped out in detail on Google Earth. See, Google was only able to map the parts of the world that they already own. They would have most likely broken some kind of copy right infringment laws if they had went ahead and mapped the parts of the Earth that Microsoft owns. Once Microsoft and Google sign their peace treaty, all hell is going to break loose for the inhabitants of planet Earth. It's going to be something like the Third Riech, hell the forth and fifth too for that matter. Aaaaand it's going to be funded by the two most powerful and wealthy organizations that exist, Google and Microsoft. I fear the day that they come to an agreement. Now on the flip side, I wish I had the extra money laying around to by some stock in Google. I think it's like around $450 a share now, once it splits, maybe then. We shall see.
  20. Full time student and full time job (40 hr weeks). It sucks, I'm unmotivated too. I only have until this June until I'm done. It is shitty, stay with it, it's worth it in the end.
  21. This could be difficult to explain. There are websites that are basically a listing of what different auction houses use to show what they have lined up for auctions. I know they exist, I used to frequent them regularly. I just can't for the life of me remember what the URL's were for them. If you know what I'm talking about, could you let me know what the URL's are? I'm going to have to get one of those free car-trader mags from a gas station or something and find the place in Dayton that I originally got the websites from, but if you know, please enlighten me. Thanks in advance.
  22. Looking at a 99-03 model, been rooting around on Autotrader and Ebay checking prices on them. It would be sweet to just get ahold of a VR4 from Japan, but I'm too poor for that shit. Not sure where to look to get stuff imported. Never been in that scene, and I don't know who to talk to for it.
  23. Doesn't matter how many good reviews you read. If it's off brand, it's off brand for a reason. Why would you spend hundreds of dollars on something that isn't backed with a reputable name? I stand by Chris in saying you get what you pay for, and if I get any backtalk from you, I'll kick you in the junk on Tuesday .
