the Scion is 16-17k, I had options put on it

So I'm driving home from dropping my girlfriend off last night, minding my own business, and a fucking raccoon comes running accross the road. I slam on my breaks and swerve to miss the little fucker and due to it's wet outside and I'm doing 50 (which does happen to be the speed limit) the wheels lock up and I hit the little fucker before the abs kicks in. Jesus fucking christ. Is it so much to ask to be able to drive my bran fucking new car for one solid year before I have a problem with it? The little shit broke the hell out of the bottom air damn. Now I have $20k car that I still owe $16k on, have had for like 4 months, and now looks completely like shit because God can't irradicate the fucking planet of the pests that plague us. Honestly, what purpose does a fucking raccoon serve? Other than to knock over trash cans and break my fucking Scion. God damn, the fucking battery cable in my truck coroded in half on Sunday. That leaves me with a fucked up Scion, and a broke as hell truck that I can't drive while the Scion gets fixed. This game called life, I suck at it. I fucking quit. Good night. :finger:

Idea ... spend less money and buy a new hard drive and then reformat the puter ... unless there's hardware issues other than the hard drive, a new drive should fix it ... can get a 40Gb from Best Buy for about $50-70 ... or since there's a bunch of tech guys on this board, you might be able to find a 15-20Gb from someone on here, I personally don't have one though.

Dude, don't ... Satellite is not worth the money that you pay for it. We have Direcway at my parent's house because we are in the same situation you are. Two miles one way there's RR, 1/2 mile the other way there's RR, it re-god-damn-diculous. The people at Direcway are fuck sticks and when I call them I spend half the time on the phone with them trying to understand what they're saying ... then I'm usually three steps ahead of them in what they're telling me what to do. The connection is maybe 4x's faster than dial up and almost triple the cost. If I were you, I'd suffer through the dial up. Sorry to say, satellite's just not worth it.

shame you don't live closer to Great Southern ... my first job was a busser in the club house of Scioto Downs ... 6.50 an hr plus tips ... worked at least 8 hours every night and took home anywhere from 40 to 70 a night in tips. I'll be honest, you'll bust your ass because you basically serve the customers, all the servers do is get alcohol and take the order ... you run the food, get and refill the drinks, clear the tables and then take out the trash and lenin from your section ... only problem with it was it's seasonal ... after 2 years I got fired for some stupid shit (my fault) and then rehired the next year because of new management working in the kitchen for 10 an hr ... got in a fight in the kitchen, knocked a kid on his ass, and got moved to an easier job for the same amount of money ... was cool as hell ... anyways, keep an eye out for things like Scioto, you can usually make decent money at places like that

it's Pontiac red with the grey trim around the bottom, I put a cold air intake on it (have the original airbox still), Eibach Pro springs (yeah, it's lowered an inch or so, about 1/2 inch from doing the F&F Semi move, have the original springs still) ... MSD 6A box ignition (I have to check the number on the box) and MSD coil ... Runs strong, blows a little smoke when cold, I have the stuff to do the valve job to fix that ... billet short shifter (have the original shifter), has around 120k miles on it ... bought it with 92k ... right now everything is stripped from it in preparation for paint, just waiting on spring to do that As far as $$$, not sure, my dad bought the car from me when I got the Scion, it's technically his, I'll have to see what he's looking to get out of it Any particular questions I didn't touch on, pm me and I'll get the answers for you
