  1. Played basketball for an hour and a half. Just weighed myself for the first time since I started eating less/better and doing cardio... I have lost 13lbs in 4 days.
  2. Wonder if derek will honor the alignment package at his new store...
  3. Yep, just watched it on Sportscenter. Kiper/McShay were talking about her.
  4. I have been eating about 2500 calories a day since monday. I did 47 minutes on the treadmill last night. Walk/run/skip/sidestep and went 3.28 miles. Feel pretty good. Playing basketball tonight i think.
  5. Pretty cool, but something tells me her success will be short lived as she gets older, and the guys get faster/stronger. Good luck to her.

  7. 45 minutes of cardio. Did Walking at 3.8-4.5, running at 5.5-6.0 and doing some skipping at low 5s, and sideways steps at about 2.8.
  8. I under-ate for breakfast and lunch and ate a ton for dinner, but still sitting at 2500, which was my max I wanted to eat a day. I'll be working out around 730 though.
  9. I am great about drinking water only (occassionally milk), so thats not an issue. I wasn't clear, by not missing a day, I meant of the days I designated work out days, I made all my commitments. Thanks for the info. Pat, I am not sure exactly what you are looking for/doing, but you can come work out at our little work out facility at our housing development with me if you want. My brother wrote me a work out plan (lifting) so we will have something to do. Other than that, we have an eliptical, 2 treadmills and a stationary bike. PM me if you want, if not, no biggie.
  10. Going to start making regular posts in here. I started working out 8 weeks ago, made it through 6 full weeks without missing a day. I then missed 2 weeks. I wasn't dieting, but the results from lifting alone were pretty good. I want to add Insanity to the arsenal of options, so when I get bored with lifting (like I did 2 weeks ago) I can start up with something else, and so on. I started dieting/calorie counting today as well. Through breakfast and lunch, I am at 870. Dinner is usually my biggest meal.
  11. From what I have seen, its for people who are in decent shape. Although, I have seen some total fatties have excellent results, so don't be discouraged by what some have said in here. Do some youtube searching and see what I am talking about. I am in no way in shape, but have a good foundation under my fat. I have no doubt I won't be able to do most of it, but who cares.

  13. Might as well give it a try. My wife wants to do it too. She is close to being in shaoe, so either eay someone will benefit from it. Hell even if i do the first eighth and cardio, ill shed weight like crazy. Had a bananna for breakfast. Annoyed already lol
  14. Yeah, thats what ive heard. Looking to make a life change, so thats what im looking for.
  15. Coworker has insanity on a flash drive already, so going ti get that. Also didnt realize p90x required chinnup barsand weights. Going insanity route since it is stand alone, no thing else needed.
  16. I'd prefer dvd, but would take whatever. Talking with tim to see what his options are first. No sense spending the time if he can do it easier. Thanks though. Ill let you know.
  17. Does anyone have P90X or Insanity that can make a copy for me? I can come pick it up and provide a bit of money for the DVD/CD/Time. Thanks.
  18. I've only made it through day 1 and half of day 2. Thanks Joe.
  19. Well, this is assuming that he would be paying his payment each month, so until the moment he would purchase the new car, it doesn't matter how much it cost new, only what he "owes" on it at that time... Just a thought.
