    I came

Nice car, but them being auto only really kills any want that would have existed.
  2. I bought my totaled SHO back from ins for something like $100. I made about 1k on it.
  3. The 2.7T engine is not known to blow turbo's in the A6. Only when stuffing the rather large engine in the tiny A4 engine bay, cooking the turbo's, was it a problem. 2.8L
  4. We have one. Great dog. Loud, but very fun. Better have a quality vacuum and ample lint rollers!!!!
  5. First thing that would be gone on an allroad would be the suspension. lol I love the look of the c5 allroad. Its a shame they never made the 2.7T avant though.
  6. I have savings according to you. 2 MC's and a Visa!
  7. Of course. If price is no object, without a doubt. Depending on how tall you are and how big your kids are, the B6/7 cars might be a bit tight. My whole family is 6'4"-6'6" so it was essentially a 2 seater.
  8. What about a C5 A6 2.7T? Allroad 2.7T? Both come in manual.
  9. V8 S4's are fantastic vehicles. A great all around car. Less of a "drivers" car than an M3, but does very similar performance numbers, both in a straight line and around the track. My dad had a 2005 (B6) S4 6 sp with AWE non res catback, sounded amazing. Gas mileage was about 21-23 daily. I would try to get a B7 S4 though. Just more refined as far as the suspension and steering goes. Also gets a new steering wheel, Bi-Xenons's, better NAV, and a 40/60 f/r tq split.
  10. totaled. Damn, Hope he is ok.
  11. That sucks. Hope everything is ok.
  12. I would look into 1.8T 4 mo manuals. Rare as well, but proven drivetrain. Also A4 avants in both engines.
  13. lol, nothing about me is skinny. PS saw the car at polaris best buy about 2 weeks ago.
  14. Get a MKV, they are manly.
  15. But you are gay, so it works out.
  16. Agreed VW offers it regularly, Audi offers it regularly on CPO vehicles, Honda, Toyota, Chevy, Ford etc. They have all offered 0% for 60-72 months, and dozens more have offered it for 36 months.
  17. We will be monitoring it more frequently for sure, but at 30k, it was in decent shape. The outer coating was worn, but not down to the silver metal. His is stock, and will likely be at least until the warranty runs out at 60k.
  18. Agreed, especially if you haven't replaced it yet. We are doing every 30k on my dad's GTI. $43 at Hatfield with the Ohiovw discount, and takes about 30 min to replace.
  19. And all current gen Honda's are UGLY AS FUCK.
  20. My B7 A4 had 1 problem when I had it, a small coolant leak. I was told there was a coolant nipple on the block that was leaking. Replaced under warranty. That is probably what was replaced on mine.
  21. 1. This but blue: http://i146.photobucket.com/albums/r247/A4SHO/taurcar.gif 2. http://i146.photobucket.com/albums/r247/A4SHO/whitesho.jpg
  22. And that is all well and good for the standard Fusion, but a performance Fusion with Twin Turbo's should have the OPTION for a manual trans. Something with the performance of the new S4 with a sticker price of 15k less comparibly equipped would be a hell of a bargain.
  23. Fixed. I didn't read much into the articles, but are they not replacing any parts? Just regularly scheduled maint items like fluids, filters, pads, plugs etc? If so, this test is very impressive.
