When I stop at a light, the heater will start to blow cold air. Radiator is full, I have or aleast tried to remove any air pockets, and I just changed both thermostats. The top radiator hose is hot, the bottom hose is alot cooler. One question I have is, does the spring go into the head, cone pointing to the hose or is it the other away around? And what else could my problem be? Thanks.
