They are on Morse rd and are K-12 though he can probably speak to if it's certain age groups he is talking about. We have 2 bins of my wife's old clothes from when she was not prego and 95lbs haha, all xs or s that I'd be willing to add to the mix if those would work for the age range in question.

Fixed for you.

Everything you say after that first post is null and void.

Unfortunately even next year when all companies over 50 ppl must offer healthcare or pay a fine, the fine is cheaper if you are a small company (2K per person over first 30 employees). Hopefully someone on here has some insight dealing with it or one of the companies that helps you and is not shady.

This is what I have always believed as well. Cardale is a good player on a great team, his timing has killed me over the past few games. Though I'm just glad he's no Pryor. JT is the better QB and who I personally prefer moving forward. Alex Balducci is 310 lbs of butter on that play, it's awesome. This feels like the most underrated (though now widely talked about) part of the Team. Other then the first 2 drives the O line was fantastic and they obviously are the major key in why the rest of our offense is able to be so good. They have grown so much this year and it's great to know they will be a serious force all next year as well.

I forgot about this, This is a must. As someone with little ones in the house I guarantee you will be buying a humidifier anyway once the baby is here so may as well get a bigger unit and start now. A home should be kept at 50% +/-10. Without one your home is probably around 20%. Also, while turning it down and potting on clothes works for some, once that baby is here it is a high probability that you'll be leaving it at at least 71*.

Cheap programmable thermostat as its something you can take with you and aep offers rebates on them. Most apartments have a large glass slider if you do then heavy curtains or for the cheap version some diy or multiple ones layered. CFL bulbs everywhere. Window plastic is cheap that you can seal up all your windows. Make sure your furance filter is clean/changed

Ducks 7-14-0-10 = 31 Bucks 7-10-14-10 = 41 Looks like your computer caught a virus, may want to have that checked out.

Menard has the largest selection of on display vanities that I know of. Floor and decor as previously mentioned is a good option. If you had a bit more time I'd suggest amazon. The shear volume of vanities and shower doors amazon sells each month blows my mind.

A bit more of the details... If that's the way it actually ended up I'm not sure i could support that. I would also like to see the GPA requirements to be 3.0 instead of 2.5. Also, their is no real incentive to finish. I almost wish it was a massive bill hanging over their head saying if you don't graduate in this time frame with at least this GPA then here you pay the 20k you have racked up. If you do complete it then we will wipe it clean.

The hs graduation rate has come a long way, as in the 90's through about 5 years ago it was in the 60's. Also, to be fair columbus state may not have a high graduation rate but they also have something like a 30% transfer rate and 67% of the students are part time. I'd like to see something like this happen but with strict standards like others have discussed. Though it will still turn into a student loan money grab in one way or another I fear... I would more importantly want to see changes made in the student loan world and school systems across the country because the money bleeding from those is sickning.

We have direct tv and can't complain. They are still full of shady just like alllllll tv companies are but we wanted lots of channels, hd, dvr, and cheap so I'm cool with the 45/mo. Should anyone actually switch and want to do the 'refer a friend' let me know and we can both save $100. As for equipment our dish is old so their is probably newer tech out there. Ours has issues in heavy rain storms but we just switch to the dvr or on demand at that point. They also shield covers you can use to prevent that.

Not a cc thing but when we bought our house and we're planning on doing alot of shopping I changed our address on the usps site like 10 times. It's $1 each time but they send you a 10% lowes coupon. That's combined with chase freedom (5% back a lowes or Amazon sometimes). Or I like the us bank cash plus card. 5% cash back on gas or groceries, 2% on 2 categories (fast food, car rental, furniture stores, etc.) And 1% on everything else.

It's a starting point. It matters without mattering. Your realtor will have a much better picture of the value and best examples of the comps that would pop on an appraisal. But obviously just as you are looking at it a potential buyer will as well. That is followed by their realtor giving them a better picture as to the actual value. The best thing you can do is take ownership of the home on Zillow and update the information. Zillow runs it's Zestimate algorithm multiple times a week.

In person or online? In person, 10. online 70(and I don't mean glanced at online I mean compare comps, track, research, pro/cons, taxes, etc). Is it a forever home or a step home?

I was going to suggest Lemongrass as well.

daily I drive from Alkire to Stringtown to Nationwide downtown to the brewery district. Today took 10 minutes longer then normal the crappiest part being the downtown portion the roads hadn't been touched in hours during rush hour.

yes it's brutal and the rates are out of this world. i get that it's different when you are talking about 50 ppl on a network but geeze. The whole fiber process was absurd as well. It took 3 months I think. 1 'crew' runs it to the pole outside, then another has to come in and run it from the pole to the building then the next comes and connects it from outside the building to inside the building.
-
They are our network host at work. They are great to deal with. We have fiber connecting our 2 buildings but are limited by TW.

Hey I'm on the Rack Squared network, get off my shit, quit leeching my server. I kill you.
