  7. He forgot to mention that he owns a buy here pay here on Morse rd and Everyone gets a car!
  8. Geeze, never thought about that, polished garage floors would be awesome. That's my new goal for our next house.
  9. 60% f question 5 and 6.
  10. Personally I would put on a breathable car cover and a tarp over that. or a car port type setup.
  11. What kind of time frame are you on? Assuming your looking to have it done in oct/nov?
  12. Long story short a good friend of mine bought a house with a current renter, move out day came today and the renter told them to shove it and evict him. So now they won't be done with that for about 30 days. I figured it was probably a long shot but with all the people on here who have rentals I thought maybe someone has a house currently available and wouldn't mind the extra income. Probably 2 months, clean, no pets, basically would barely move in so it would still be ready to rent out right after. They live in Clintonville and are moving to German village so anything in Columbus would be best.
  13. Nice, many of the more interesting homes are in that sector.
  14. Is your driveway massive or odd in some way?

    Baby time!!!

    Congrats shes beautiful!
  16. What area of Dublin is it in? Also, I'd rock the hot tub for 1 winter then decide if you want it or not.
  17. The crazy scale may as well start at 5.
  18. I thought it was technically illegal to transport infected EAB wood over county lines and it's all supposed to be disposed of in a specific way. But honestly once they cut it down you will for for sure know if that's what killed it. Assuming the fence killed it people will snap that up no problem. When we had 2 tree stumps ground I think they were $75 each and they were about 15inch across maybe.
  19. I'd use a degreaser and a pressure washer if you have access to one anyway.
  20. While I have no personal experience, when I as at OSU and renting a house if you were supposed to be out at Noon on the 1st. At 12:10 they were there throwing everything left in the house away.
  21. I guess that's what I worried / figured. All my past insurances have never tried to pull this but now we are with CVS Caremark. I always hoped that at the end of the day doctor > insurance but then again I am naive...
  22. I've probably only had 5 prescriptions given to me in my life so I rarely ever deal with them. I tried to look up other cases of this happening and I wasn't really getting any good info so I thought I'd ask if others have ran into this issue before. Have others ever had issues with your prescription drug coverage telling you you can't use medicine A you have to use medicine C instead first? Basically, wife was prescribed a drug, we went to fill it, insurance company says they won't cover that drug or its generics until she tries a different drug first and if that doesn't work, and her doctor confirms it isn't working for her, then they will allow the original drug her doctor prescribed. To me, this didn't pass the BS test what-so-ever but then again these industries are so messed anyways it wouldn't shock me if this was common practice. Thanks
