  1. I know your saying you just want to look in those areas but for what it's worth I would just go rent a house in grove city. It would be cheaper, you'd have a full garage, tons more space and it's literally only a 10 minute drive to both downtown and Groveport. Plus the traffic is 10x better then 70E or 670E.
  2. Do you know yet what your territory will be?
  3. We have always used WOW. We currently have the 30mb plan. $50/mo + $5 modem and like $1 in fees & tax. We figured this way we can download, stream, game without any issue and still save over a lower plan + cable. Also for what it's worth if they do service your area i have always given the line "Oh I thought with the ad the install was free." or something along those lines and 9/10 times they have just made it free without a hassle.
  4. 3k is probably not far off. May be able to save some by doing some of it yourself, or getting some landscape laborers to bore the holes. Assuming you have nothing currently it's something like 24 posts and 22ish panels so you are talking about $1500+/- in materials.
  5. a buddy of mine owns Buckeye Laptop at 109 South High Street and does this all the time feel free to pm if you want name-drop info haha.
  6. From the staples the padding is shot. As long as they didn't cut the carpet to get it up or out it should be reusable without issue. How many Sf are you taking about? The one upside I see is maybe you could get to pick the carpet/pad and split the bill with them so you don;t end up with crappy buck a foot carpeting in it's place.
  7. Maybe if you don't have a grinder but since no matter if you swap it or sharpen it you would have to take it off either way you may as well spend 5 minutes sharpening it and slap it back on. Esp since it should be sharpened at least once a year.
  8. Damn forgot all about them and I work right next to their Downtown location, that's a good idea. I have been looking for a reason to explore their selection. It would be nice to be able to one stop shop granite/yard stone/stone siding.
  9. Looking for pavers, decorative, and wall types of stone. I've got an account at Ohio Mulch so that's normally where I get all my yard materials but their in house selection and website for stone normally leaves a lot to be desired. I will probably end up going to Lowe's, hopefully 10% off coupons still exist combined with 5% back w/ Chase Freedom. I think we would like Menard's selection but they are so damn far from Grove City. Anywhere else anyone goes for a decent cost effective product?
  10. shed is permitted without a building permit if it does not exceed 169 square feet my dad always said 12x12 is always safe but i guess you can go 13x13 haha. Wood or vinyl siding? I would lay a bed of sand/gravel, butt it up against the garage but not tie them together. Run electrical in the ground between them for an outlet/light. That way it's all easy to pull back apart down the road. If vinyl siding you can just spray some mildew cleaner/killer to help protect it.
  11. if that's true expect to need a new clutch, with those I believe the swap isn't bad but kinda a pain because you are supposed to drop the sub frame.
  12. Yea meter maids are just about the only people who ticket for front plate. Edit: for what it's worth my roommates at OSU used to put the front plate back on, and send a picture in and from what they say that got them out of paying it a few times... if that's true or not idk...
  13. Honda Ridgeline can handle that and still be a great DD.

    Elio

Can you order it without a .9L 55hp engine and swap it for an ecoboost 1L 125hp with the same (or better) mpg. Also: "Retail Centers will be stand-alone sales locations run by Elio-trained employees, so you’ll never find yourself saying, “Hey, weren’t you flipping burgers at Hamburger Heaven last week?" -- Classy
  15. Ford Fiesta 1L - 65mpg. Boom done. http://www.autotrader.com/research/article/car-news/197883/2014-ford-fiesta-with-1-liter-ecoboost-la-auto-show.jsp
  16. Makes me think parking enforcement or repo but ya that's interesting. If it is being used by civs I guess it was only a matter of time...
  17. Welcome Josh, glad to see you finally came to the dark side.
  18. Have you seen to Top Gear episode on it? It's one silly beast.
  19. Am I allowed to do this? http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/Turbs3000/IMG_1464_zps03e43448.jpg http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/Turbs3000/IMG_1399_zps8d2469a9.jpg
  20. The only thing I can add is that sometimes the flip-side is also true. In most cases everyone in the room thinks their option is best and somewhere along the line 1 option has to be chosen so it erks me to no end when their are people who whine and bitch that because their way wasn't picked so "why was I even here". I feel more and more often that people believe if someone asks for their opinion, then that opinion is the only option.
  21. You lika dis? http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/Turbs3000/2011-audi-a4-specs-1_zps5d48cf68.jpg but not dis? http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/Turbs3000/Infiniti-Q50_zpsaf728417.jpg http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/Turbs3000/MINION_zps9f14656b.jpg
  22. S60, Taurus SHO, That beautiful new Fusion, 300, Couple xdrive bimmers, A4, and that stupidly sexy new Q50.
  23. I think it was 2 years ago they said they firmly will not be pulling out of the US car market but were going to focus more on what we buy, eco-boxes. The Evo also seemed to be getting a little wild on the price. A few of the guys worked at the Mitsu dealer up on 23 and they had a Black one in the show room last year and wanted something crazy like $48k for it. (assuming wiggle room but still)
  24. Sell your Rav4 to A.J.'s sister http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/showthread.php?t=117119 she's got money burning a hole in his pocket. Use as down payment on newish Tahoe/burban.
  25. Infiniti FX35/37/45 mmmmm... Or Lexus 330/350.
