I also have bad luck with those fucking front load washer. They smell, leak, and take a special HE detergent. My last one crapped out after about five years also. I didn't even bother try to fix it. Just went to low and bought a new top load. It's the new style, kinda like the front load, but top instead. Works amazing!! Best of all, I only paid around $700, not $2k for the damn front load.

A friend of mine is death set on getting a 2004 bmw 745i. The car has 102k miles, very clean, car fax cleaned also, but the used car dealer only want $14k for it. Does it sound right? A little too cheap may be? So im a little leary on this deal. Also what to look out for on these cars. I'm trying to talk him into a MB, but he already had one.

One more thing on the E55 or the CLS55, check the compression on cyclinder #8. It's usually slightly lower than the rest, but if more than 10% lower, walk away.

I used to go thru cars every six months or so, but I have my E55 now almost four years. I just can't find anything better to replace it with. The torque on this car is addicting. The drive train on this car is very bullet proof. It's all the little electronics that come with the car make it iffy. Try to avoid the '03 if you can.
