Hoping to move soon to be closer to my girlfriend.

I will pay the closing cost`s also.

The annual taxes are around 1,350-1,400. Yes you just get essentially renters insurance if you want your stuff covered inside. The condo fees cover if the condo would burn down ect.

Its has 1 and 1/2 bath. I wrote it wrong.

Will take 60,000 for it.

Looking to sell my condo. Its in Canal Winchester its a 1 bedroom 1 and a half bath. The downstaris could be turned into a bedroom. It has three levels. Its paited all nice colors. All appliances stay so do the washer and dryer. All the curtains stay too. New very nice faucets in the kitchen and both bathrooms. Its around 1000 square feet. Condo was built in 04 or 05. Has pool and clubhouse and workout center and a pond. Asking price is 62,000.
