My back yard part of it is high traffic with kids playing. Not much grass left and a lot of mud. Any suggestions on how to get grass back while kids are still using it?

I tried Shiners last year a couple times at Buckeye lake and I did not catch anything.

That's where I saw all the fish. I was on the pavilion. I was wanting to try for flats this year on the Scioto.

Where is a good place on the Scioto to get the flatheads? I could a lot of fish at nothbank park in the water last year. Prob just suckers and carp I saw.

I have a 2004 Range Rover it has around 125,000 miles on it. It's forest green. Interior and exterior is nice. Nice looking SUV. The draw back is it has been sitting in a garage for almost 2 years now. It got a pretty bad oil leak about 2 years ago. Had to be towed and has sat in the garage ever since. Kelly blue book says in fair condition it's worth 6,400. So I would think 4,500 is a good price since the exterior and interior is nice.

The forms from my mortgage company says there is just closing costs to pay. My rate is 4%

It is assumable. Yes pretty much a family member.

I just want to make sure also after my mortgage is assumed I'm not liable for it anymore and I'm free and clear from everything.

I own the home and someone I know wants to assume my mortgage. It's a fha loan. It's through Cenlar

What's the best year for a Z71 Tahoe for 10,000 or less?

Anyone have a lawn care service on here around this area that could mow my grass? I had renters in it and it has not been mowed for around 3 weeks it's tall. It's a regulare size neiborhood lot. Has a fence with a 5 foot gate.
