  4. Looking at the big picture I think overall fuel injection is worth the added wiring, and saves you the headaches later on, easier to tune/have tuned, But if u can work a carb power to ya!
  5. Why would u go carb'd? I have seen people actually lose hp from ditching fuel injection for a carb, heat soak sucks. Sry don't mean to sound like a dick just curios, all the fastest vette, f bodies, gto's etc have FAST intakes on them.
  6. It's lower compression, honestly since your wanting to stick to n/a and spray get the lq9 IF it is for a decent price. Lq4- 9.5:1 Lq9 10.5:1 compression ratio.
  7. Having owned both a bolt on ls1 and bolt on lq9 6.0 I would never hesitate to ever buy a lq motor again. It made more power on motor and spray(obviously) there is more material on the rods and it still has a good bottom end, it's not worth it to pay the extra amount of cash for the aluminum 5.7 block, roughly 80lbs lighter. I paid 1400 for mine it was out of a 05 escalade, and had 35xxx miles, looked brand new inside and out when I got it. Look around u can find them for cheapEr, do a cam & exhaust and u will only need maybe a 75 shot to make 500 at the tires. Lol I would still recommend doing arp rod bolts and rod bearings, that way u can spin it out a little more and not worry about the weakest link O and t56 all the way!!!

  10. I was thinking about replacing my evo seats, Just seeing what interest there is on these. 2003 mitsu evo front recaro seats. They are in ok shape. The passenger is good driver is dirty. Will get pics up soon. I was thinking about getting some sparco seats so seeing if anyone wants these. Looking to get maybe 400 ish

  12. OK well 12 bolt with lca lowering brackets 3.73 gears Detroit tru track posi and 33 spline axles. Chromoly driveshaft stock length with 1350 u joint. I also have some m/t et streets. 26 in tall they are mounted on 4th gen lt1 16x8's. Still have good life. $150 obo for tires and wheels $1000obo for 12 bolt and driveshaft

  15. Looking to sell it all together as of right now, maybe in a week or so I may change my mind lol. Update on price I looked around a little I would probably take around ~100 for the heads. So asking $650 obo for everything. All anyone would need is a good set of hardened pushrods, new head gaskets and some arp 2000 rod bolts and they would have fun lsx.
  16. Used T Rex cam, stock ls1 heads off a 02 z28 the heads have patriot gold spring kit on them and are unported(stock). also I have new speed pro rod bearings. I'm really not sure what to ask, since I really don't know what the heads go for anymore. Just throwing a price out there-$650lol pm me we can make a deal. Accepting reasonable offers
