  1. Hopefully someone with more experience than me can chime in on this, but I will explain what I know, hopefully it helps. There are two different ways to set up the MBC, mine is set up like the second one, or last diagram you posted. Either way works, if you don't "t" it off and run it to the BOV then you will need to run a vacuum line from the BOV to the intake/TB... Not exactly sure where mine runs on the Evo at the moment. I will look in morning and maybe post pics of how it's set up. Search on the advantages/disadvantages of either way to set it up. But as stated if you can't get this to work, try getting pressure source from the turbo and do the set up from the last diagram (like how mine is set up)

  3. Tick master is worth every bit. It's expensive but really better than modifying the stock master to make it work and put an adjustable end piece on it. As for the slave, I always had great luck with smyth parts plus. I picked up an external slave for my Evo from there(not they're house brand) but it was like $30 and warranty, works excellent. IMO every time you pull the trans on your f body, replace the slave. Saves time/cheap insurance, and if you have a smyth brand one they replace it user warranty. Just my first hand experiences I've had with my camaro and my three friends that had camaros that I did the clutches/hydraulics on. Btw these are very easy to pull trans/replace clutches on yourself. Even if you do it in your garage. Not the ideal place but can be done on 4 jack stands, impacts and some sockets
  4. Shifts fine, 0 problems out of this thing. I've only owned it a few months, I just got it for the winter for bad weather. I dont know if it's ever been rebuilt.

  6. Stay far away from ram clutches for LSx. I broke three pressure plates from them they are junk. As stated above shitty pedal/engagement etc. Save your pennies and get the McLeod twin rdx. Ls7 is also a good option, and a little cheaper. Just the experience I had with my z when I made~ high 500 thru a 9 inch on spray. All it did was destroy ram clutches. Lol

  10. That's weird and true. My friend has a LSx swapped FD and a bad ass STI. O and EVO for. Maybe because I own one lol Curious as to why a 350z over a Evo...Unless your just going for looks.

  13. Depends on policy, experience, the situation etc on when to go lights & sirens. Again there is no law allowing any emergency vehicle to break the speed limit or any law while responding to a call. It's just a matter of use of good sense in whatever the situation is.
  14. I'm not saying anything bad about cops that do let people go 15 over or whatever that's a good thing!. I'm just saying he is under a microscope at all times in the public eye. Just because a cop is doing over the limit doesn't mean he is just driving over for the hell of it. Maybe he is responding to a call that he/she can't or shouldn't use the lights and sirens(domestic violence). Or maybe he is just doing 10-15 over because he is going with the flow of traffic lol. There is nothing in the ORC that says its ok/legal for emergency vehicles to speed. Nobody is perfect, everyone speeds or breaks the law, sometimes you just get caught.
  15. I agree, but take into consideration everyone is watching him. He HAS to do the speed limit for the public. Otherwise how would it be fair for him to write speeding tickets? But you make sense, slowing traffic down that bad makes it worse and more probable to cause an accident with idiots riding other people's bumpers.

  17. Came out of my 03 evo gsr, around 67k miles. Prices I've found online and eBay vary from $500-900 plus $125 shipping. I'm not wanting to ship it. Located in south Dayton area, price is $500 obo. Can send pictures.
  18. Great looking colt, $650 seems a fair price I'm sure it's worth it. Look on armslist.com you'll see colts for much much more(90% of everything on there is over priced tho) I have a highly customized colt and love it, shoots sub 3 inch groups at 50 yards, I'm sure this thing is a tac driver as well with that barrel and I'm assuming a hand fit barrel link.
