As far as looking through that kinda stuff (Craigslist or otherwise) would really just depend on the person. I've glanced through ads while with someone more out of curiousity or boredom than anything. I never went anywhere specifically looking at those ads, I was probably already there because someone linked to one or some shit. I mean, it's never been hard to go out and meet someone for me so I've never felt the need to hook up with an "ad slut". I guess it's like window shopping.

Hell, if I thought it was worth it (monetary-wise as I no longer drink), I'd drive there this week for everyone. I'm always looking for an excuse for a drive.

lol Welcome. Intro threads are almost always amusing. I have a 3rd gen, too. But mine is special. Because it's not a Camaro. A buddy of mine had the exact same car as you in Texas. Color, year, etc. Was in real nice shape, as well. Just watch the meets and events section, etc. You'll find where people are meeting up. It's always a little slow to get going, but you'll start meeting more and more people.
