Ya you did it right but now void any warranty it had. Make sure to also you some lock tight in the slide pins

Honestly I wouldn't touch it, if they messed up causing the the failure I would be calling everyone I could to make them fix it at no charge. Also your insurance would probably cover a rental if needed and they will In turn bill the shop of indeed they caused the failure by putting the belt on wrong or used the incorrect belt. We have had a few people who sued them for engines when they double gasket oil filters and all the oil comes out. Again that's why you verify repairs.

That made it worse, so you came in they changed out your old belt for a new one? Then you drive it and the water pump started leaking. So then you took it back and thy out your old one back on and sent you down the road?

They replaced the serp belt? Or timing belt? If they took te water pump off to replace the timing belt they need to be the ones fixing it. What motor is in it?

No it would be easier for someone who owns a auto business to file for the title iirc process takes about 1-2 months and it seems like the have that amount of time without issue

You have to send letters to the registered last owner than after a period of time you can then refill for ownership and a title. Usually also it has to be a business of some sort that has to file and send in the paperwork I am not sure if a regular individual can do it.

Sounds like a heat sheild rattles a little when moving from a stop. I haven't noticed any leaks. Interior is in pretty good shape no major wear at all but both door panels have normal fbody cracks. I have one interior pic I didn't upload to the cl ad but will right now
