That's what it sounded like water came from the outside down the walls and inside now lmk if so I might know someone who can help

I will say first hand the f1s are a pretty hard compound and will def wear quickly if driving that much everyday. Doesn't help your ratio has such a small sidewall as is. Whatever tire you go with with the amount of driving and conditions you do I would guess you will probably get about 2 years out of them. Might want to see if you can get a used set for less than half the cost of new

Buddy got these for his 4runner a while back but front wouldn't clear fixed calipers. Had them for a couple years now just needs to get rid of them. I have personally seen them and they are new.
