I know thy 3.7 will sludge if you don't jeep up on the oil changes but many engines do as well. They just don't make good power and it's not a desired motor for strength. It's like the in between motor. I would only buy a 4.0 but haven't seen many bad things about the 3.8 or new 3.6 they are putting in the wranglers now

air ride kit, will handle great and ride on a cloud. They ahve come a long way in airbag technology.

If it's a good property many times I've seen it go above list due to a bidding war. Some sites are good to search most are never up to current date.
