    Some do it but Iirc it is actually illegal. Also iirc the only penalty for waiting longer than 30 days after the title has been notarized is paying a extra $20 fee

    100% the added bath is worth more than the 4th bedroom. Plus people buying a 4 bedroom means more people and a smaller bathroom is never a good idea with adding more bodies

    You read that wrong. 46mpg rating times 13-14 gallon tank 600+miles or more etc per tank

    Worst time of the year for that cheap if a car. Market is inflated for tax season. Great for sellers bad for people in need. Il keep a eye out however

    You can find many civics, or a a4 if wanting awd, or I would also suggest if looking for something bigger but not economic a blazer. I beat the loss out of my blazer and it never failed to start or get me anywhere

    Just came back from working in Cleveland and they give zero fucks up there. Multiple panamera, 2 Ferrari and a hand full of maserati quattroporte all driving in 6+ inches of snow
