Scrap prices have been falling lately. We use William Thomas Group let me know if you need a contact, they pick it up for us and send us a check. I scrap 20-40tons a month generating anywhere from 10k-30k. Typically all that needs sperated is aluminum from the steel. I would recommend not using any of the places mentioned so far the prices ive read on here are way below what you can get if you strike a relationship up with the right company. If anyone wants to donate scrap holla LOL.

I have a friend that did that out of college, paid off 120k in student loans in less then 2 years. Problem is you have to work 24/7 in the middle of no where, but when u r done u will be loaded.

Its a tough career, most people dont last in our shop because its very hard work esp to do all day everyday with overtime and weekends. Tack on non stop years of it and people start dropping out. Our shop is pretty much divided in 2, the vets 8+ years no problems and the rookies who have under 2 years under their belt. That group has more people in and out in 3 months then the vets have in 10 years.

I agree but alcoholism is a disease, my uncle is a full blown alcoholic for over 30 years. He has been in rehab/meetings/coma/detox for 5 straight years. He is fully functional/no one would know he is loaded up on 100$ worth of booze (minus his physical defects). At the hospital he is actually prescribed jim beam throughout the day on basically an hour basis. His body literally shuts down without it in his system. Doctors have told us it would be impossible for him to be 100% sober. behavior did lead and cause this but once it is an actual problem where you cant get away from it I think it becomes a disease.

I was in cleveland over the weekend and noticed LTE coverage on my ATT iphone 5. My phone seemed to run super hot while connected. Did you notice anything like that?

good advice for any newbie is to stay away from Saturday/Sunday and primetime games. NCAA football is tough to win over the year, i tend to only play totals on college games. I stick to large favorites and small dogs for NFL. I like to play fewer games then I did in the past. I started putting ~25-50 for the game then try to add 4 to 5 live in game bets of 25ea during the game. I used to bet way more and often from 2003-2010, at one point I was up 30k, after that I was at another point where I lost all of it plus another 5k. I took 4th in a poker tourny for 6k then took 1.5years off. Now im just sticking to my 25/50 bets and do it for fun when I have time to watch the game.

Yeah thats what I do. The Jeep takes 20 gallons and I got 2 5gallon tanks in the back. I try to fill up 30 gallons everytime
